This app does not comply with EU Tax Regulations. We have tried to contact them several times to ask them to fix the issue, but with no success.

Update: Terrible customer service, If you have a problem with an order i.e. Invalid address forget about customer service helping you. They never respond, They only have a stupid bot thing for help. Set up was easy, Well thought out, Communication has been has been good,
As thing progress I will updated this review, But so far no problems

On May 16th, I attempted to hook up with Sprocket. It's now May 27th - way longer than the 1-2 days I was told would take to learn about the fate of my application. When I was Wix, this was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I'm not with Wix anymore but I would suspect the Shopify connection would have been just as good. So far, nothing. There really is not much difference in the product lines ...

Does not support suppliers from china, they only accept suppliers from counties supported by stripe (China is not stripe supported countries) , disappointed.

This app is beyond awful. It's a complete waste of time. Not only does it fail miserably at updating the feed from Shopify, but it seems incapable of performing even the most basic functions. And as for the customer service—what a joke! Kimberley and Lorena, the so-called "agents," are nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. Their incompetence knows no bounds. This app / platform is a complete commercial fraud! The payment I received was never correct! I set a 30% discount price ( meaning the dropshipper would pay us 30% off our retail price ) but the payment I received was always 40% off!

Their customer support is a joke! It's almost impossible to talk to a person. They tried to block your inquiries and get away with the mess they created with this ...

I installed this app a month ago at least and have not had any contact. They want the info from my store up front but there is no benefit for me if it takes this long to be approved.

Probably one of the worst apps/sellers we have ever dealt with, not only does the app not work well, but their customer service lacks, their fees vs what they offer is ridiculous, and on top of all that they hold sales funds 25+ days after the sale. Definitely not worth it for a seller.
