1 Star – Supplier Warning
If you are thinking about becoming a Spocket Supplier, proceed with caution.
I fulfilled orders on time, shipped them the same day, and customers received them without any issues. However, when it came time to receive payouts, the experience became extremely frustrating.
The platform holds payments for a full month. When the payout date arrives, support seems to come up with a new explanation instead of providing a clear payout process. On one occasion, I was told there was a payout account issue even though support had previously confirmed everything was correct. This time, I was told no orders could be found, despite the orders being visible in my account, marked as delivered, and listed in my payout sheet.
As a supplier, I expect transparent payments, accurate records, and consistent support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
My advice to other suppliers and store owners: think carefully before investing your time and resources here. Keep detailed records of every order, payout, and support conversation.
This app / platform is a complete commercial fraud! The payment I received was never correct! I set a 30% discount price ( meaning the dropshipper would pay us 30% off our retail price ) but the payment I received was always 40% off!
Their customer support is a joke! It's almost impossible to talk to a person. They tried to block your inquiries and get away with the mess they created with this stupid bot called Irene.
But that's not the worse part! Their support Mark & Leah as well as the Supplier Operations agent Kim Antonio turned out to be my worst nightmares! I reported the wrong payment issue a week ago, providing all the screenshots and supporting documents, and they promised to look into the issue asap & keep me posted. Now it's been over a week, no updates at all and if I reach out again, they would just tell me to wait. Turns out their 'asap' means never:)
So please dear Shopify Seller don't fall in this trap. Just look at the review of this app. If they are a legit business or give a sh*t about your business, their star rating won't be just 2.2!
this app makes a lot of sense on paper - but it doesn’t work the way we’d like it to. because they are so intent on keeping things hands-off, your products may end up on sites you don’t want them to, and there is nothing in your power to stop these retailers (some of whom are unethical and misrepresent your products).
when there have been issues with integrating Shopify data with their app, they blame the users & take no ownership of the issues.
sales have never really been high enough to justify all the extra work involved in managing this relationship.
On May 16th, I attempted to hook up with Sprocket. It's now May 27th - way longer than the 1-2 days I was told would take to learn about the fate of my application. When I was Wix, this was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I'm not with Wix anymore but I would suspect the Shopify connection would have been just as good. So far, nothing. There really is not much difference in the product lines involved, either. I'm sitting dead in the water now.
UPDATE - It's now May 10th, 2024! Still nothing!
Unfortunately, my experience as a supplier was extremely poor. You should be fully aware of what you’re getting into here.
Orders were canceled during the ordering process even though the merchandise was in stock. In total, my cancellations amounted to over $24,000. Customers and retailers asked about the merchandise, shipping status, and refunds—but support provided no clear answers.
This isn’t just a minor technical issue; it affects payouts, fulfillment, communication, order status, and trust in the entire supply chain.
I had listed over 5,000 products, had genuine inquiries from retailers, and active orders. Yet much remained unclear: whether customers got their money back, whether the merchandise was shipped correctly, why orders were canceled, and when pending payouts would be processed.
The support seems to consist of automated responses. Time and again, I’m told that the issue has been escalated, but I haven’t seen any real solutions or clear accountability.
For me, this is the worst service I’ve used in this field. The marketplace has potential, but right now it seems unreliable, overpriced, unstable, and very risky for serious suppliers.

A month ago they were verified as a seller and silence. When I decided to check how our product was presented in their marketplace, it turned out that it was not possible to see it until you bought a paid customer subscription. Useless application, not a single sale or even a request, despite the fact that we ourselves sell directly every day. It’s completely impossible to find yourself on the site spocket.co - there is no basic search function and thousands of strangely similar products, all with 5 reviews :) looks like fakes.
This app does not comply with EU Tax Regulations. We have tried to contact them several times to ask them to fix the issue, but with no success.
Update: Terrible customer service, If you have a problem with an order i.e. Invalid address forget about customer service helping you. They never respond, They only have a stupid bot thing for help. Set up was easy, Well thought out, Communication has been has been good,
As thing progress I will updated this review, But so far no problems
We are very grateful to know that, Suzie! We are also happy that you find the setup easy and efficient. We are looking forward to do more business with you and you shall see to it that we will not stop in making our app better if not, the best!
I'll be honest. In theory this app is a really brilliant idea. But in execution it is very poorly supported and not very easy to use as a supplier. Spocket synced all of my products with mismatched descriptions, and some without variants. As a wholesale distributor who has over 1,000 SKUs it is not the plug and play experience I was promised. I have a very large library of products and the fact that they are not able to resync the titles/descriptions/variants makes this very cumbersome for us. On top of that, once an SKU has been retired there is no way to remove it from Spocket. I have almost 100 pages of products in my Spocket catalog and maybe 3-4 pages are actually in stock and active. To any wholesalers considering Spocket, beware as it's not as easy as they make it out to be. In my one year on Spocket I have made some sales, however this is probably the smallest part of my business. I feel with better supplier integration Spocket has much more potential but until they give suppliers more control over syncing data there is no easy solution. Spocket seems to be a small team and unless you really email them they will not look into whatever issue you are dealing with. Worth a try. Maybe the process will go easier for you. For anyone wondering, I was contacted by Spocket to join and I did not install this app until they asked me to. If you install this first you may have a different onboarding process than I did.
Your honest feedback is highly appreciated! We will also be honest and admit that it has not been an easy task to handle and onboard thousands upon thousands of suppliers weekly but you can rest assured that we are doing our very best to grow and make things better for all of us. In fact, we have a huge system upgrade on the way to address most of the concerns you mentioned. We sincerely thank you for being a part of our platform and we look forward to seeing your success. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@spocket.co anytime! Thank you!
i have literally sold NOTHING on this app. NOTHING. And I have been on for most of 2023. Although customer service is good, so i will give this 2 stars instead of 1.
