I'VE BEEN LOSING MONEY USING THIS APP AND HAVEE TO REIMBURSE CLIENTS, THERE ARE SEVERAL PRODUCTS THAT SAID INACTIVE, UNAVAILABLE OR DEACTIVATED AND WAS STILL SHOWING ACTIVE IN MY STORE. THE APP SHOULD HAVE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED THOSE CHANGED TO MY STORE!!! WILL NOT BE USING ANYMORE, NOT FOR THE MONEY I PAID, WHEN I CAN STILL USE ALI EXPRESS WITH A DIFFERENT APP! REMOVING IMMEDIATELY, FIX YOUR PLATFORM. THE LAST ISSUE I HAD, I WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR 2 WEEKS AND WAS STILL WAITING TO SHIP ORDER TO CLIENT WITH STILL NO RESOLUTION, I HAD TO REIMBURSE MY CUSTOMER, I DON'T HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH DSERS.

I just signed up for the free trial of the Empire Plan subscription and I think it's going to be a long partnership with Spocket. The platform is well established and user friendly plus I had a quick response from Spencer from the support team for the first glitch I encountered. This is a lot like another dropshipping app I use and it makes working so easy! I love the idea of adding real quality products from small businesses to your store rather than cheap mass produced items from China.

This app is great, the only thing missing for me is a direct push-to-store of the Return policy. There is no way for my customer to see that, so I always have to copy and paste the processing time, the shipping times, and the return policy whether it's 15 days, 30 days, or more. Each supplier has different policies. That is probably the most annoying thing about the app.

The app is very user friendly, importing products to my shopify was a breeze and the customer services is great. I a happy with this service and will continue to use it. I only hope that the selection of supplier continues to broaden, and that products reviews are added soon.

Very easy to use! It does a lot of the work. Simply add a few details and it takes it from there.
