Leah is amazing at customer service, she has responded so quickly each time I have a question or concern. I feel extremely supported and I know that doing business with them will be worth it. I'm so glad they created this platform so we could offer better shipping times for customers without having to buy a large amount of product to store in warehouses. This gives the opportunity to find winning products without jeopardizing the brand's reputation. I'm excited to start placing orders with them!

I would recommend this app to others because they(customer service team and Leah in particular) try hard to accommodate or resolve any issues that a store owner would have. They are prompt in their response and will keep you informed when more time is needed to resolve an issue. Thank you Spocket.

Erwin from Spocket gathered some information for me from a supplier within minutes! I'd initially written the supplier via the in-app chat feature, but they never responded to me. So, I contacted support directly. I was initially told it may take 48 to 72 business hours. Yet Erwin got back to me on the SAME DAY! Thanks very much for your speedy service, Erwin.
