I saw that instructional video's that Sprocket put up and I signed up! It's as easy as it says. I highly recommend Sprocket over Zendrop.

I am adding products to my store, had some questions about the products. I asked my questions in the chat. The support team at once pass my question to supplier, and it took a while for supplier to reply, Abby did a follow up on my question, and let me know at once when supplier answer my question. I appreciate the professional, and kind, caring help from Abby. Her support make me confident on using spocket as my dropshipping platform. thank you, and keep up the good work.

I've used this app to source all products from my store and found the process really easy, partly because of the user interface being super friendly, but mostly because of their amazing customer service when you do need help. I have to thank Ria from the Spocket team in particular, who was so quick, kind and helpful with payment issues I had on my end, not because of the app. My store has just gone live, so I will update this review as time goes by!

Very easy to use and absolutely AMAZING customer support. Russel helped answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly with great detail so that I understood everything clearly. I am very pleased and happy with my choice to use Spocket for my new dropshipping store on Shopify. Highly recommended! :)
