Products seem to be of high quality, and the support team (John), is very quick to get back to you if you have any issues. Overall, new products are added weekly, and the shipping times are very decent. This by far is better than drop shipping from China. The only thing I would encourage, is that the suppliers tweak their product descriptions, when uploading to this platform.

Prinz was professional and immediately helped me with my inquiry. He didn't make me wait long at all and answered my questions clearly. He gets a definite 5-star rating.
One improvement for Spocket to consider would be regarding pricing settings for products. It would be very handy to be able to set supplier-specific rules instead of only global rules for all products. Also once you have set a price, you cannot update it in Spocket and have to individually update each price in Shopify manually. Hopefully, these changes can be implemented in the near future.
Another annoying feature is that not all suppliers update the shipping information
(long after the processing time has passed) and you have to chase them to find out if they shipped an item or not. It would be wonderful if Spocket ensured that suppliers met these basic conditions to save all of us time :)

I use this app to help with my drop shipping. It does what it says it will do. It needs better selection of clothes to choose from. Even though, I am pleased with this app.
Leah is polite and professional in answering my questions. She was quick to reply and HONEST about my concerns. I'm only starting to use the service and may want an annual plan while it's discounted. I found out there are no refunds after the free trial period. Something I need to consider.

I think there are not as many products for pets. I feel it is limited for my niche. Could use more customer support and also email updates on products related to my store's niche instead of other random products that are not relevant.
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely noted on adding more pet products. Regarding customer support, we aim to provide the best, although sometimes the number of requests per day can be quite a lot and so it takes a bit of time to attend to everybody. We hope you can understand. But we'll definitely be better at managing messages from merchants in the future!
My niche is difficult to find products for in many dropshipping sites, but Spocket has done a great job really diversifying the kinds of products they offer and having something for every niche. The only reason I don't have five stars is that I want to be able to contact the vendors, even if it is not directly, but if there is an issue with a product there is no communication, only a refund. Overall very user-friendly site and great products!
Are we the chosen one in your perspective? We're definitely staying tuned. In any case, thanks so much for your feedback and for raising the issue with suppliers. We do have our reasons relating to confidentiality in terms of giving our merchants direct contact with our suppliers, but this is something that can be considered and explored. Perhaps it'll reap positive results, who knows?
I love everything about the Spocket App. It'd be appreciated if they allow sourcing of products for every paid customer though. However, their support team is very helpful, calm, and understanding. Shoutout to Russel, your support was greatly appreciated.
