well at first i didnt realize i had to link shopify with it. i thought shopify did it automatically but now that is taken care of seems pretty user friendly

At first, I did have some concerns about a charge that was added on my account. I'm so happy that support helped me and resolved the issue for me. The only thing is that it took a moment to get to that point. After all, great products and I am a happy customer!

I've been working with Spocket for three weeks now. I can say that the application is very convenient and understandable for beginners. Anyway, regarding the functionality, there was one technical issue(bug/glitch), when I placed the order for the supplier, the order was displayed twice in the order panel, and as it turned out, the payment was also made twice. I contacted support and described the problem. Eleanor from the support team understood the breakdown very quickly and immediately contacted the supplier. The next day Eleanor informed me that the supplier canceled this order and made a refund. I am very grateful to Eleanor for the instant feedback and help in solving the problem. In any case, I was forced to create a new order manually through the Shopify admin panel on behalf of the client. So far so good except this tech issue, let's see how suppliers fulfill their commitment in terms of processing and delivery time of orders, because it's one of the reasons why I've started to use this app.

I would recommend this app because its quick and easy to use.
This is one of the most quickest apps to use.
Sprocket is simple to install, the interface is really clean and easy to use. Product selection is missing a few categories right now, but there's still a lot of quality products to choose from. I like that you can filter where products ship to and from.
I used this app to help me do find US suppliers. I really like this app. It would be nice if it did give more premium products.

So, it seems like many of the products that are better quality / would sell better are locked behind the "premium" feature, which you would need to upgrade your plan. But I am liking everything else so far
