Customer Support is truly amazing. They're very quick to respond and take their time getting to the bottom of issues, which I appreciate. Due to the nature of the business some folks may need to reach out to support quite often, but I feel i'm in good hands with Spocket's support team. Russel, Ria, Prinz & Miki are some of the people whom have helped me over the last couple of months. I have to say each and every single one of them provided a remarkable support experience and deserve to be recognized for that. I am yet to make a sale in my store but I have been benefiting from the expertise of Spocket Team. Kim and Russel are exceptionally helpful. I strongly believe that my Dropshipping venture will be a success with the directions from Shocket. the product list and list of supplier is good. The inclusion of AliExpress Scraper is another valuable source of a wide range product list at reasonable. The FAQ section is a very helpful tool especially for new enterprenue to navigate the Dropshipping. Spocket Team are usually punctual in responding to emails and are always eager to assist their clients. I have every hope of maintaining a good working relationship with Spocket Team and the company in general.
