Prinz was professional and immediately helped me with my inquiry. He didn't make me wait long at all and answered my questions clearly. He gets a definite 5-star rating.

One improvement for Spocket to consider would be regarding pricing settings for products. It would be very handy to be able to set supplier-specific rules instead of only global rules for all products. Also once you have set a price, you cannot update it in Spocket and have to individually update each price in Shopify manually. Hopefully, these changes can be implemented in the near future.

Another annoying feature is that not all suppliers update the shipping information
(long after the processing time has passed) and you have to chase them to find out if they shipped an item or not. It would be wonderful if Spocket ensured that suppliers met these basic conditions to save all of us time :)

I've been wasting time with this app for days now, and the customer service has been really bad in resolving the issues that I've been having.

Lots of bugs in the website that has to be fixed!

So far so good. The customer service chat is very good. Prinz was very knowledgeable and patient. I'm hopeful that the processes of ordering will be smooth and seamless but grateful that there is 24/7 customer service if there are any glitches.
