Spocket's service is A++ !!! They even vet every supplier to ensure they don't infringe on copyright/trademark that is pretty important when you dropship Brands - trust me as I ran into this issue. Ria is outstanding and even provided me with the documentation to prove it!

I had a few questions out of my uncertainty on how to handle the system of Spocket - and one of their customer service representatives "Earl" went above and beyond to ensure I had confidence in the process. Excellent guy, excellent customer service - and great product selection.

AVOID!!! They took 2 payments from my account for £64 on 2 days back to back! They have no customer service and no one will respond to you! They will just take more payments. I had to cancel my card and get a new one!! I know someone will reply to this comment saying email us and we will get it sorted blabla!!! the truth is they don't want to sort it out or refund or anything. They don't respond to your emails!

Research Stage- Alleighna was amazing! She offered to compile a list of suppliers that would meet my needs. She was SPOT on! It was obvious that she listened to my concerns and needs. I received a list of suppliers that matched the quality and style I was looking for. Some actually exceeded my expectations. I love the 24/7 chat and quick response time. I appreciate the customized responses rather than generic scripts. It made me feel heard and important. I hope the service continues to wow me. UPDATE: Spocket's support has been awesome! I've worked with several reps, but mostly Alleighna. Alleighna's follow up and follow through is top notch. What I appreciate most about her support is that she takes the time to understand what I truly need and addresses it. I was in the process of doing a complete over-haul of my store, which could've been scary and stressful, but Spocket/Alleighna came through every time. Thank you!

Spocket has the best customer service, Spencer was amazing he got my questions answered in a quick, professional, friendly manner. I would 100% want him to work for my company.
