I'm new to dropshipping and chose to go with Spocket very recently. I haven't used it too much yet, but Support has been amazing and Spencer truly helped me with getting my account setup. Products look to be a wide selection with very good quality and profit margins too. I'm excited to dive deep into Spocket and start using it more, but keep up the awesome work Support team & Spencer! Definitely impressed so far by the customer service, which is a great thing to see.

I was talking to Marriya from Spocket and she answered all my questions and concerns about dropshipping and Spocket. What I really like about them aswell is that there response time is less than a day and she is reasonable and professional with every question I have. If anyone has any questions or concerns i would definitely reach out to them with out a doubt.

I had some problems with multiple email addresses but Marriya was very helpful and got it all straightened out for me. She's the best!

Worked with Prinz in the support team, and it was a marvellous experience. He answered all my questions in detail without getting tired of me. Loved it.

The whole experience was smooth and the support team others such as Leah, are all so nice.

The app works as advertised and happy so far.

So far all good, some delay with one supplier but ErwinSpoket customer support help me a lot with it. I will continue working with them.

Customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with billing, and Earl was on it right away and the issue was fixed in a very short time. Very professional and polite. The app itself is very user friendly and they have a good selection of products.

I've used Spocket long time ago when i was in Gulf, and now I'm gonna use it again in Europe. Platform is little bit changed but my trust on Spocket is still the same and hope it'll take me to the next level.
