I just started using this app so far it is user friendly. The only thing I don't like is the fact that some of the products some of the products won't let me save the changes that I make do to a system error

I've been working with Spocket for three weeks now. I can say that the application is very convenient and understandable for beginners. Anyway, regarding the functionality, there was one technical issue(bug/glitch), when I placed the order for the supplier, the order was displayed twice in the order panel, and as it turned out, the payment was also made twice. I contacted support and described the problem. Eleanor from the support team understood the breakdown very quickly and immediately contacted the supplier. The next day Eleanor informed me that the supplier canceled this order and made a refund. I am very grateful to Eleanor for the instant feedback and help in solving the problem. In any case, I was forced to create a new order manually through the Shopify admin panel on behalf of the client. So far so good except this tech issue, let's see how suppliers fulfill their commitment in terms of processing and delivery time of orders, because it's one of the reasons why I've started to use this app.

Customer Service is on point! Extremely responsive and helpful. I just wish the suppliers wouldn’t put their business information on the packaging.

A little janky, and not many aesthetic products available just on Sprocket, seems like AliExpress is where you have to go to get them. It's my first day using it, and I've gotten a lot of help from their nice and responsive support team, even at 10pm on a Saturday! I will keep using this and hope to find success with it :)

Easy to navigate. Able to find a lot of products although the filters aren't very specific so have to weed through extra products lists. Wish would list more products on a page. When ordering samples, would be nice to be able to put multiple products in one order from the same supplier. Overall a good experience and find it easier to use than other apps and able to find great products!
