I used Sprocket in the past and it was wonderful. I got out of online selling for awhile due to some family issues, but now I'm back and really looking forward to using this great service. I find it easy to use, and the products are varied and of good quality.

Streamlining store owner processes are key to the democratization of e-commerce. Spocket is filling this role admirably.

Right now at my request they're working feverishly on getting order fulfillment working on the mobile app.

More recently, Ria helped me renew Spocket at a 50% discount.

Previously it was Edrielle, who promptly updated me on an order status.

Once before it was Leah, who was a good listener when I described what I believe to be a very common situation in which a customer felt at ease blackmailing me into issuing a refund because he knew the culture of online retail is prejudiced in favor of customers. Shopify should automate the adjudication of such disputes the same way they automate chargeback resolutions.

I saw that instructional video's that Sprocket put up and I signed up! It's as easy as it says. I highly recommend Sprocket over Zendrop.

I am adding products to my store, had some questions about the products. I asked my questions in the chat. The support team at once pass my question to supplier, and it took a while for supplier to reply, Abby did a follow up on my question, and let me know at once when supplier answer my question. I appreciate the professional, and kind, caring help from Abby. Her support make me confident on using spocket as my dropshipping platform. thank you, and keep up the good work.

I've used this app to source all products from my store and found the process really easy, partly because of the user interface being super friendly, but mostly because of their amazing customer service when you do need help. I have to thank Ria from the Spocket team in particular, who was so quick, kind and helpful with payment issues I had on my end, not because of the app. My store has just gone live, so I will update this review as time goes by!
