I love the app overall! Would be nice to implement some way to find similar items if the one you want isn't available in your country, but I hear that is in the works!

Leah was WONDERFUL! She helped me with finding the perfect plan with Spocket for my shopify store. She also helped me with learning how to import products to my store as well. I recommend Leah to anyone having trouble learning the ways of Spocket. :)

I had some issues with not being able to order samples, there was some type of glitch in the system. Leah spent lots of time with me trying to correct the issue and even got tech support to help. Issue was fixed and now I'm good to go. These guys really do go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. They are clear, patient and very understanding. I really enjoy spocket.

Customer service is excellent. Robbie assisted me with a dropshipper who was problematic and was able to resolve my issue. Appreciate the QUICK response and consistent follow up regarding this matter.
