Be very careful with this app. It says you can install and test it for free, but it's all a lie. A few days later you receive a charge on your credit card. The worst part is that you can't get a refund, you can't remove your card, you can't cancel – it's a real trap... If you're thinking of installing it to try it out, don't do it.

To clarify, the app does offer a free trial, and no charges should occur unless the subscription is activated after the trial period. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel, and we’d never want anyone to feel misled. We’re always transparent about billing terms, and these details are also provided by the app store at the time of installation.
Regarding cancellation and payment methods: subscription management, refunds, and card removal are all handled directly through the App Store/Google Play Store, not within our app. This means you can cancel at any time, and refund requests can be made through the store’s support channel.

I tried to give Spocket another try, but it’s just not going to work out with us. I can’t afford to keep continuing to refund customers due to sellers not shipping orders in a timely fashion.
The platform is ok if you have no issues but once a supplier doesn’t ship, Spockets response time is outrageous. I will no longer be using this platform once we receive a resolution on this last order. It’s too inconsistent and hurting our business.

The app is easy to learn to use, especially for beginners, Irene is the best! I have so many questions and she always seems to know the answers. I would have appreciated knowing that there was a limit to how many products you could import at the beginning AND that that meant EVEN if you change your mind, so lets say you delete a product and replace it with another product, EVEN if you haven't even sold any units, it doesn't matter. It still counted against my 25 imported items. This was very frustrating when I was just starting out and had not even sold one item yet! Things are getting better, though so we'll see how it goes. So far so good!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Spocket. After one year of using their service and paying $948 for an annual subscription (12/2023 to 12/2024), I only managed to sell 3 products, as all other orders were either canceled or undeliverable.
Throughout the entire period, there were frequent synchronization issues that caused numerous problems. Despite these recurring issues, I communicated politely and attempted to resolve matters fairly and openly.
While the Spocket support team responded quickly, they often could only mediate. Suppliers were frequently unreachable, and there were long wait times. Delivery times were often not met, or products were canceled afterward.
When I wanted to cancel due to these difficulties, I was offered a 3-month free plan. However, this could only be activated if I switched from PayPal to a credit card. After providing my credit card details, I was promised an additional three-month free extension, and the subscription was supposed to continue afterward. Instead, at the end of the contract period, I was charged another annual fee of $948.
The promise of an anytime downgrade option is also misleading, as this only occurs with an additional payment and is credited to the existing plan. Moreover, canceling the plan results in immediate loss of access, despite having paid, and all communication via chat is cut off.
After 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with a senior customer service representative, I was offered a 50% refund of the $948 Unicorn Plan, which I find outrageous and unacceptable. If the service had been perfect, I would have only needed a Pro Plan for $288, as only 30 premium products were relevant to me.
During my time using Spocket, there were a total of 10 orders, only one of which was fulfilled. The products and service provided by Spocket are not competitive in the European market.
Additionally, it became apparent over time that about 80% of the products come from BigBuy and are merely sub-products on the European market.
To date, there has been no solution, and all communication with the support team via chat is now blocked. Communication is now only possible with senior managers, and since Spocket is based in Vancouver, Canada, there is a significant time difference.
Beware and stay away from Spocket.
In light of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Spocket at all.

Just hope you never have an issue with them. I did not recall purchasing a year membership and as soon as it was deducted from my account I contacted Spocket to see if it were possible to receive a refund. One of the reps said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. I contacted them again and over several conversations, not only was nothing resolved but they also stopped answering me, which I consider very disrespectful. I would not work with them again and would recommend Zendrop or Syncee for someone looking to dropship as they have better customer service.

If I could give this company 0 out of 5, I absolutely would.
It’s now been over four weeks since Spocket promised to issue a full refund for an unauthorized $314.99 USD charge, and we’re still waiting. Despite more than 10 emails back and forth, all we get are vague replies like “we’re still coordinating internally” or “may we schedule a quick call?” even though we’ve made it clear multiple times that we prefer to keep everything in writing for accountability.
The constant requests for phone calls and the lack of concrete action make it feel like they’re simply trying to delay the process. For a small business like ours, this kind of unapproved billing and prolonged refund runaround is completely unacceptable.
