Worked great at first, but stopped working and won't search products to upload anymore.

I like the app but international shipping price is too much they have lots of clothing collection is great :D
I had some issues with the checkout process on my account. Miki was helpful in helping to figure out the issue. Although it ended up being an issue on my store end it was nice to know that Miki was willing to help resolve the issue. Thank you!

I am updating my review , I deleted the app, it was extremely harmful for my business and I lost the store reputation even before I can make my 20 orders, My Advise , don't rick dealing with such app
Shipping times from some of our suppliers were increased a bit due to the current pandemic situation. This is to set the proper expectations to you and your customers but you can rest assured that faster shipping times will return back once everything is back to normal! Thanks for your understanding!
realy good app, unique products!
The product cost are to high, the pictures are not good and the choices are to small.... but i love the concept.
The products are good quality and priced fairly. The app is easy to operate and the online staff have a fast response rate.

It has been 4 months I have been happily using Spocket but I really wanted to leave a review today because of the spectacular support I have received on one problematic shipment recently. The issue was about delayed shipping and an angry customer. I was able to get in touch with the support team instantly and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue asap. Very thankful for that!
I have also spoken with the customer success team and they gave me some very useful insights for my store. Love working with Spocket so far. They truly understand the pain points of new retailers and help in anyway possible. Keep it up
