Erwin from Spocket gathered some information for me from a supplier within minutes! I'd initially written the supplier via the in-app chat feature, but they never responded to me. So, I contacted support directly. I was initially told it may take 48 to 72 business hours. Yet Erwin got back to me on the SAME DAY! Thanks very much for your speedy service, Erwin. It's much appreciated.

Charged me although I never agreed to a charge or membership. Was unable to get a refund do not renew no subscription.
