Not a fan of the price or selection but it was super easy to import and connect to my shopify store. I love that you can filter ship from to USA only. Makes me feel much better when my customer doesn't have to wait so long for orders. Thanks!

Two Major Issues. 1. Intransparent free trial 2. Cost of your service for the quality of suppliers.

1. I'm not happy with advertised free trial model. I did not receive a notification about my free trial ending, and it suddenly renewed. Given the bad experience I've had, I have to conclude that there is fraudulent intent.

2. I gave your service a chance, but after placing the first order, which after 6 days still has not been processed, I'm 100% convinced that this service is not useful for my business. iI's impossible for me to recover this money with sales through my business, if your selection of suppliers cannot even fulfill a simple order.

Future Dropshippers, beware. You're going to deal with chargebacks, unhappy customers.

I spoke to two people in customer service Prinz and Leah. The chat is very helpful. Both reps got on quickly and helped me with my problem. Very convenient human-to-human connection! I am glad to be working with Spocket on my ecommerce store.

They don't have the type of item my store sell, not even 1 and it would have been nice to have been able to see that before being forced to sign up... Big waste of time

I downloaded this app and deleted it the day the trial came due. The company refuses to refund the monthly fee.
Update: Because I gave an 1 star review the company reached out and decided to refund my money. I’m changing the review to 3 stars but only because the employee was kind.
