I wouldn't even give this app one star. The app is a great idea but execution is exceptionally poor. [Huge opportunity for someone to develop a similar app that actually works with good customer service!!!]. Speaking of customer service it is simply atrocious. Rarely helpful, often I was left on chats waiting for up to 30 minutes with no response. I had to always follow-up to see if someone was there. They just disappear and stop responding if they can't help (I don’t think those at customer service have actually used the app themselves in real life scenarios; they assume the answer is always something basic and simple but I’m long past understanding the basics of the app, I’m having real issues placing customer orders; it’s also always your fault – never theirs). Some great products on the app, especially for Canadian sellers, but the app in terms of integrating with Shopify, tracking inventory, placing orders never worked (I’m supposed to do a manual fix for an issue – so what’s the point of the app and the fee??!!). I spent more time and hassle then this app is worth (in terms of the profit you can make on items, the work involved in using the app and interacting with customer service and especially given its annual cost; even with the app being cumbersome and unintuitive and basically not working they won’t give refunds – beware). App is expensive, for the quality! Quality and fabric of the clothing are very cheap and poorly stitched. Not worth it but, with lack of options, moving on is hard. I do like the shipping times!

While most of our vendors are based and located in the US and Europe, we do have vendors that are based from other regions as well. You can select which vendors you want to work with long term by ordering samples from their range. I honestly don't know how this app has so many positive reviews. If you care about your customers and the reputation of your company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPOCKET! They'll happily take your money every month but the few times you get an order through them, there is always an issue. From the items being faulty or defective, items always out of stock or randomly disabled from your shop, the shipping times taking too long, Items being priced way too high, random fees, to the supplier completely dipping out on you without any warning making you and your company look stupid. Just Terrible all around. I have wasted too much money here. You have been warned.

This app is not meant for you to make lots of money. It is designed to make the app owners and suppliers money. You have little choices in products and the prices are typically set at a percentage that prices you out of the market.
The plan prices are average, I can't say they are super expensive or cheap.
They don't properly vet the suppliers as many of them are simply dropshipping products as well, communication with many of them was more difficult then it should have been (2-3 weeks) and when you inquire about this to Spocket, sometimes I wouldn't hear back from them at all!? In the end, I would have to send follow-up emails to Spocket to remind them..
There IS money in dropshipping but this isn't it.

business owners, I know you're excited about the potential and excitement of a new side hustle/ additional income etc. Do your self a favor and don't deal with this company. You've been warned. Your profit margins are none existent, the processing and delivery times are inconsistent. They will fight you to cancel a membership even if it's within the same month you were charged.
If you're wondering why so many 5 stars for a company that is so horrible? The customer reps are professional and friendly. The company's policy are self serving. Their response to my request on my refund is that "you won't be charge after November 2024" ... What? It's December 2023. How is this a company even in business?

12/23/2023-response to reply; a representative reached out and is requiring a phone conversation. I’ve already stated that email is my best contact method with this company. The email also stated that they wanted to explain the refund policy to me….. there’s no respect for my time or best contact method. Any company with the intention of doing the right thing for their clients would resolve the issue ASAP. These people are literally stealing money. I don’t feel comfortable deleting the app because they may turn around and say they can’t do anything about it. So disturbing! Over $300 for the annual fee and they don’t want to refund it. it hasn’t been months, it’s not unreasonable to process a full refund.
12/29- Still No Refund… They are still unwilling to communicate via email. I’m Different “managers” reach out asking to speak in the phone to explain the policy…. There isn’t a level of service where one person would own the issue until it’s resolved… you’re basically a hot potato no one knows hot to deal with. They’re just hoping I’ll go away.

Does not deserve 1 star. ZERO stars! MY REVIEW - Awful, terrible, stressful, NO! ZERO STARS - DO NOT LOAD THIS APP. WARNING WARNING WARNING - Im telling you dont even think about using this app. WE had this account for 1 year and 100 orders! Spocket's success rate has to be about 70% Good luck taking that risk. Actually, dont! I cant even begin to describe the non-sense you will be dealing with. This "middle-man" vendor app clearly does not work for the vendors and/or the vendors do not use their EComm dashboards correctly. Either way, WE LOST SEVERAL WEALTHY CUSTOMERS because items could not be fulfilled, when their own listings say inventory is available. Im telling you people, DONT DO IT! WASTE of time and money. OUR little store, with 250 products loaded from spocket. Canceled them all after the 25th unfilled item. Thought I was very patient and understanding. Forget about it. Worthless! You will LOOSE customers. The bad reviews are correct. Dont think it wont happen to you. Skip this app.

So far with my experience i think that most of these reviews are fake or drop-shippers who get allot of charge backs and don't care about the customers needs or building a reliable website.
For a USA warehouse shipped products, the orders shipping times are almost the same as Ali Express so why pay the premium fee...
The Seller has only so far put in Fake Tracking numbers or just made the shipping label but from some reason they do not want to send it out. Its almost like there waiting for the Item to come to them from Ali Express like drop shipping from a drop-shipper. Tracking Number: 9400110205958011247816 - USPS - Total Fake, This order was made on Dec 16th customer still waiting.. Will need to now give them the Item for free as part of our customer support! This was "shipped" over 5 days ago but it never even got to USPS office!
I contacted support but they suck and its hard to get any answer from them until i screen shot the problem.
So what should I do? Do i just go out there contacting the US Brands like I do all ready for the other products I sell?
Or dose anyone know of a company in the US that dose the same thing but works and is not fake? I don't mind paying any premiums.

Not as expected. The system only sends review request randomly to some past customers and not all., and there is no way to find out why and trigger a manual ones for the once skipped as that calls for an upgrade and a monthly fee which I am not keen on right now. If the manual trigger feature was part of the basic this would have been a great app people would upgrade anyways as your business grows. At this point I am looking for an alternative.
I'm not sure why there are soo many good reviews. Half of them seem bought and paid for. This app is one of the worst apps on Shopify by far. The sellers you "get to" dropship from are constantly taking vacations or not updating their products. This results in orders needing to be cancelled and makes for ALOT of angry customers to your store. This has happened on an outrageous scale. You'll constantly be having to message your customers telling them that there were issues with fulfillment. As for quality of shipment or fast shipping. No.. Most aliexpress especially are packaged horribly. Damaged. Or they claim will ship in one time and will take 4x's what it says. The non aliexpress items are just as bad. Fulfilment after payment can take over a week irregardless of the quoted times that are told to you.
The plans they have on here are outrageously expensive. Especially for how overpriced this service is. You can get far better fulfillment providers to integrate with your store for a fraction of the price and far less issues. Some of them are even free and offer seemless integration. This app is just god awful. I can't even recommend it for beginners and I can tell you advanced stores will most certainly be hard pressed too frequent by all the issues to really make use of this app. The suppliers are a joke. The app no better. The customer service warning there's even a problem at all can take over 3-4 days in itself. It's sooo bad.

I was happy to locate products shipping from the USA - some of the brands take forever to ship or update tracking almost not worth it when you have customers asking where their stuff is........quantities aren't always updated either and have left me canceling orders due to lack of inventory. Although Spocket did reach out I have continued to have the same slow shipping problems and have contacted them on multiple occasions regarding tracking information. Customer service is everything as well as prompt shipping times - PLEASE hold your vendors accountable on the listed shipping speed -or remove it entirely! Currently 1 order open and going on day 3 with no tracking - these are not made to order products (this is probably the 4th time same problems) I will be removing these products. The overall app has decent products that I would continue selling if they can work out the kinks with some of their vendors
Update 1/11/19: Removed Spocket products from my store - canceled my paid service - my orders that were placed on 12/31 still had not shipped as of 1/10! After several attempts to get Spocket to contact the vendor finally it started tracking shipping.
Another order on placed 1/2/19 - Still No Update from the Vendor on what the delay is... Still no tracking info - I had to refund the order. I have had issues with 75% of my orders either shipping delays, out of stock products.
