Don’t recommend. Never received any emails for terms and conditions or privacy policy, and any charges. The wait 10 days to charge you after the free trial so they can say you are in the middle of your plan. No refunds regardless. Erwin in chat was unwilling to help and stated a policy that doesn’t exist. Completely disappointing. I installed the app because I was not impressed with the brands or products in their shop.

Had my first order through Spocket and already I'm having issues. The vendor name for the order and the company that charged my Paypal account are two different companies in two different countries. I brought my concern up to Spocket and all they said is their Operations team "investigated" and didn't find anything wrong. Meanwhile, Paypal investigated and said it was a fraudulent charge, refunded me and set up two factor authentication to avoid this happening again.
Spocket has done NOTHING to make this right. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam! Look at the other 1 star reviews, not the other reviews that are clearly fake.

UPDATE: Their response to this review is FAKE, they contacted me, put it in writing that I would be refunded and then they ghosted me! NO Refund STILL (5/9/23). PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND WATCH YOURSELF WITH THIS COMPANY. check out their BBB reviews also, I am not alone in this situation.

Once again, I trusted this company after they reached out to me to "make things right" and offering me several months of free service and now they have turned around and charged my account almost $700 for a renewal that I NEVER agreed to! I worked with upper management previously due to SO many ongoing issues including order delays, wrong items being sent to my customers and now for the 2nd or 3rd time my account being charged without MY authorization! I have documentation that I requested auto renew to be turned off when free months of service was offered to me BY THEIR UPPER MANAGEMENT TEAM! MAJOR Issues with this company, after 3 years with them I recommend you STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I WILL KEEP TAKING THIS UP THE CHAIN UNTIL MY CARD IS REFUNDED.

Very poor customer support, after my client subscribed to theeir plan, I add products to import list and I was unable to find it for three days now, the most tragedy aspect of it I can't contact their support, there's no room to contact support. Bad experience.

This is a scam!
Why NOT to use this:
1) They push you to sign up for their trial. Even when you cancel right away, they continue to charge you. I've tried to cancel three times and have been charged $300 U.S since. They refuse to refund me.
2) Their prices are way too high on the products. It's impossible to make any money with them.
3) Their positive reviews are one of two: Fake (You can tell from the "names" of the stores) or They are from people that got paid in credits from Spocket as soon as they downloaded the app.
The only way this app makes their money is from getting users to upgrade, and then their app not working properly when you try to cancel. Just read the other 1 star reviews before you sign up.

Absolute scam of an app. These "I love it reviews" I don't know where it's coming from but I highly doubt they're real.

1.) Keyword search functions are an absolute nightmare. I can search specifically for "electronics" and clothing items, towels, and blankets would be my selections.

2.) I applied for the free trial, and then it lapped while I already removed the products from my website by a couple of days since I never used the app. They charged me full subscription prices when I canceled the account, they refused to refund me because of a "no refund" policy. On top of that, if you're going to charge me, and I cancel and immediately lose all "premium" functions that you've already charged me the month for is absolutely unfair practice.

I would highly NOT recommend this app to anyone. Especially since these policies can be discouraging if you're new to Shopify. Absolutely horrible service.

This is a good app for anyone looking to start a dropping shipping business on Shopify. As they state, there are hundreds of products to choose from for your store. The customer service and support teams are very friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE; here are some important considerations based on my personal experience. Product stock notifications and COMMUNICATIONS with suppliers ARE HORRIBLE, which means THERE’S A PERPETUAL PROBLEM WITH PRODUCTS BEING OUT OF STOCK. Over the two+ years of working with Spocket, I had to cancel more than 70% of the orders placed through the app. The reason was because items were out of stock or the supplier was no longer selling on the app, and there was never a communication regarding these status changes. Because of that, my customers ordered with an expectation to receive, only to become dissatisfied and upset with my company when I had to cancel their orders. Moreover, these scenarios cost my business significant money for credit card processing and cancellation fees. If your goal is to simply show an abundance of products on your site, then this app may be right for you. If your goal is to make money in product sales with happy, satisfied customers, then I caution you to stay away.

Make sure you are aware of this app. Customer service and cancellation systems are broken. I don't understand how they got over four-star reviews.

In February, I joined the annual plan as they advertised EU or US products. But they have cheap products that are mostly made in China. So I want to cancel the membership and refund my money. In the beginning, they said they would email me back with the resolution. However, there was no response for more than 10 days even though I emailed several times after that.

So I filed a claim with Paypal through their website but was disappointed the case was resolved in the seller's favor.

As a result, they canceled my annual membership and kept the money. So I emailed Spocket that since they didn't refund the money my account should be active until the annual membership period. My request was rejected. Despite paying a full year's membership fee, my account was closed. There must be something wrong with their policy. I feel that this is an unfair and unjust decision. I was expecting a refund but instead my account was closed. I hope that Spocket will reconsider their policy and treat all customers fairly.

I'm not sure why there are soo many good reviews. Half of them seem bought and paid for. This app is one of the worst apps on Shopify by far. The sellers you "get to" dropship from are constantly taking vacations or not updating their products. This results in orders needing to be cancelled and makes for ALOT of angry customers to your store. This has happened on an outrageous scale. You'll constantly be having to message your customers telling them that there were issues with fulfillment. As for quality of shipment or fast shipping. No.. Most aliexpress especially are packaged horribly. Damaged. Or they claim will ship in one time and will take 4x's what it says. The non aliexpress items are just as bad. Fulfilment after payment can take over a week irregardless of the quoted times that are told to you.
The plans they have on here are outrageously expensive. Especially for how overpriced this service is. You can get far better fulfillment providers to integrate with your store for a fraction of the price and far less issues. Some of them are even free and offer seemless integration. This app is just god awful. I can't even recommend it for beginners and I can tell you advanced stores will most certainly be hard pressed too frequent by all the issues to really make use of this app. The suppliers are a joke. The app no better. The customer service warning there's even a problem at all can take over 3-4 days in itself. It's sooo bad.
