So far so good, pretty intuitive app. I'm still figuring it all out but I'm looking forward to seeing just how good it is

I highly DO NOT recommend these guys. After going to the highest plan. I had some customers order. I then tried to pay spocket but my card kept declining. They kept me in limbo finally figured out the reason and it was there system. They would not give me any other options at all to pay so customer would receive the item. At the end I got a bad review from the customer. They cared nothing about it. Hope you don’t have the same result. But you have been WARNED! Hv a great day!

Just started using the app recently. Just had 2 more orders today and they are so easy to process. Curious to see how fast the shipping is on these 2 items. The first 2 I ordered were a little slow. So far so good though.

Shipping can sometimes indeed be a bit difficult to predict because several factors affect shipping time but Spocket orders should always be delivered within the specified processing plus shipping time. I used this app to fill potential gaps in my store to encourage more traffic. The product list is extensive with quality products, and the process to import products to my store is so simply and quick.

Spocket is a very easy-to-use app compared to some of the other apps I have tried!
More importantly, the support structure is in place when you have an issue. I contacted Spocket about a technical issue and Lorena was fantastic, responsive, talked in simple terms, was happy to try various approaches and ultimately resolved my issue.
Having a great app is no good if the customer service is poor; however, Spocket has well-trained and quick-responding agents. Well done, Spocket & Lorena!

The app is unfortunately not great. Several issues occur at every step, from importing products to simply browsing their product library or paying for the orders: cache needs to be cleaned endless numbers of times, product library crashes often, only credit cards are accepted (not debit) and this is not said anywhere until you discover it at the checkout for the first order. Assistance takes days to solve the easiest issues, apart from the amazing Prinz who is always super quick and effective. Thank you Prinz!
