This app has a variety of good products, I have been answered all of my question by the administrators, however the "STARTER" subscription is perhaps too expensive for what it offers, the amount of products available with it is limited, it just could be overall a little better.
But in general, I love this app.

Please let customer knows shipped from and how long delivery time.
Also, we dont know what shipping carrier you use to ship the item, please provide that. Like Oberlo Epacket for aliexpress, or UPS, DHL, etc.
The processing time and delivery period is actually on the listing itself and you should be able to easily find it together with the other details once you click on the product you want to push. You would also be able to identify the carrier used once the tracking number is available but you may also simply reach out to our 24/7 customer service and they would be able to tell you what carrier a certain supplier uses. The reason it is not automatically posted is because our suppliers only use the best shipping method possible to get it quicker to your customers and there are time when the carrier changes based on your customers location. Products are way overpriced, will not be able to make any sort of profit on most items. May even be cheaper to source thru Amazon directly in some cases.
I signed up for a free two week trial, thought I had cancelled the trial but received zero email notifications from them what so ever. Not a sign up confirmation or a trial ending confirmation or a pending charge notification. Just a transaction on my credit card.
Contacted help and once they were able to track down the charge, stated since I had not cancelled the trial that there was nothing they'd be able to do to reverse the charges.
Contacted my credit card, explained their fraudulent methods and received a full refund.
I strongly recommend against using this platform.

I used this app for the free trial only. I went to go cancel on the last day of the free trial they had charged my card. There is no phone contact i had to email and never was refunded.......

very helpful so far and love that suppliers are US based. Still in the free trial but very optimistic based on what the experience so far.
