Overall this app is really easy to use. I love that there are a lot of products from the US, which cuts down on long shipping time. Lot of great products to choose from!
But it does tend to freeze up a lot. Once I connect my sprocket to my shopify store, it sent me to another page, instead of letting me import the items I'd already selected. I had to start all over

I like spocket. It is easy to use. The price is fair. They could expand selection. I would recommend this app for online start up dropshippers.

Lots of great products available but I would give it 5 stars if they shipping auto calculated shipping.

Prinz was professional and immediately helped me with my inquiry. He didn't make me wait long at all and answered my questions clearly. He gets a definite 5-star rating.
One improvement for Spocket to consider would be regarding pricing settings for products. It would be very handy to be able to set supplier-specific rules instead of only global rules for all products. Also once you have set a price, you cannot update it in Spocket and have to individually update each price in Shopify manually. Hopefully, these changes can be implemented in the near future.
Another annoying feature is that not all suppliers update the shipping information
(long after the processing time has passed) and you have to chase them to find out if they shipped an item or not. It would be wonderful if Spocket ensured that suppliers met these basic conditions to save all of us time :)
