I like the app. My only issue is with some of the suppliers' descriptions of their products. ie. I would like to sell this item: https://app.spocket.co/products by Tam Prometheus. The variants are 1 pack and 2 pack but there is no indication whether the 1 pack contains two tumblers and/or how many tumblers are in the variant listed as 2 pack. I ask this question in anticipation of my customers' questions.

I love Eleanor from customer support. While all of the support members have been great, she has been above and beyond. I had a very complicated situation, and she managed to stay with me through it -and ultimately, help me resolve it. She was polite, professional, and expert in figuring out the issue. It is customer support like Eleanor that makes me keep confidence about using Spocket. That said, I wish you would allow for multiple stores per one account, even if you charge a fee for this...it is very complicated to have multiple accounts so I can sell to both amazon and shopify, for instance. thanks!

decent app. they had shipping problems the first time i tried to use them but it looks like theyve handled that

This app is great so far in that it has a list of products sold and shipped exclusively in US and it integrates well into Shopify. The customer service is prompt , recently I had issue pushing my products to store, Agent Ria helped me solve it. I am a new user so my review is only going to cover the User Experience of this app and not actual Dropshipping experience. Maybe after some months of using I am sure.

Prinz was great. There was a bit of a delay, but once we connected, we got right to business. My star rating is because we had to do some troubleshooting, and I needed to clarify at each step what needed to be done in what sequnce. We reimported an item via AliScraper and got it properly listed and priced. So, we're ready to go!

I really love the products Spocket provides with its many suppliers. I also am happy with the integration to my Shopify Store. It was a little confusing setting up the order processing procedure, but Spocket CSR were amazing. I'm so thankful they are patient!
