I love Spocket! They are the best dropshipping company out there. I mean, they kick the others out of the park! From their beautiful products, easy-to-navigate layout, and top-notch support team, they are there for you anytime you need them, to all the information you need already written under each item they sale. I had questions for Spocket and Leah was there for me through it all. She answered my questions with ease, she was kind, informative, and professional. Their shipping times are 3-7 days USA and their platform is easy to navigate. They have a huge selection of products you are sure to love. My favorite part of Spocket is, well, the support of course, and the items they sell, but I was completely sold when I saw that their products have all the information, including descriptions, written in for each item and it is written grammatically correct. I can't say that about the other apps I have come across. If you are looking for an awesome dropshipping company for your business, I highly suggest installing the Spocket app in your store! I'm completely in awe of this whole new experience. I have zero expertise doing any of it and I have to say I'm having the time of my life learning & figuring things out. I haven't gotten into any technical mess AS YET nor have I gotten any sales but that's just fine, I'm still improving my store and adding products I think folks would enjoy!! 5 stars all the way.
P.S. One suggestion though, on the import list, in the Sales Price section, it would be nice to enter an amount value in addition to the percentage value, so we could just type the amount in standard dollars & cents format when setting profit margins. Folks could choose either way to set the price..

I tried the messaging option and the suppliers i needed to contact were not using this feature. Contacted customer support through the chat app to cancel the $5 fee for using the messaging feature. The rep replied in 3 minutes and provided the link and a screenshot of how to cancel. Very helpful with another question as well and replied quickly.

Yes we love the Spocket App at bajatiki.com. Great items, ease of use, and now being able to import and manage items from AliExpress via the Spocket app as well, very cool. Excellent overall, recommend. Peejay and all of the support staff are quick, efficient, and polite, thank you!
