Guys there is no FREE PLAN, i just installed this app to import products from aliexpress to shopify but it won't let you do it unless you get their paid plan.

It clearly says 'free plan' has aliexpress dropshipping on shopify appstore but it's not. I even asked their agent on live chat..

Spocket’s product selection for the Australian market is limited, which didn’t align with my business needs. The no-refund policy adds to the frustration when the service doesn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the value I was hoping for.

我8月19日安裝Spocket,在9月2日卸載,這符合他們答應的14天免費試用規定,可我卻在9月4日收到PayPal的59.99美元的扣款通知,經寫信去客服部門詢問也都不回答,跟當初他們要招攬我安裝該軟件天天來信的情況,真有天壤之別,在Shopify後臺沒有顯示扣款記錄,可他們似乎跳過Shopify的規定,私下跟我扣的款,所以我判斷這是一家非常不好的公司。

Complaint to Shopify about Spocket

I installed Spocket on August 19th and uninstalled it on September 2nd, which complies with their promised 14-day free trial period. However, on September 4th, I received a notification of a $59.99 USD deduction from PayPal. Despite writing to the customer service department for inquiries, I did not receive any response. This is a stark contrast to the frequent emails they sent to persuade me to install the software initially. There is no record of the deduction in the Shopify backend, indicating that they bypassed Shopify's regulations and deducted the amount privately. Therefore, I conclude that this is a very unethical company.

I cancelled the app on the 24 of October and spoket still put a payment through on the 9th of November. This is unacceptable

I strongly recommend that you do not download this software, it is really disgusting. There was obviously a 14-day free trial period, but after choosing it, I couldn’t cancel it at all. I uninstalled it after watching it for a few minutes after downloading it for the first time. But they still deducted my money, tried to cancel the subscription several times, but refused to return my money. It’s really disgusting.

It is confusing; it is shown that the app has a free plan, but when I login, I have to choose from the paid plan. 
It would be better if it included a free plan to discover the app, as 14 days is not enough.

Price Is Very High I compare All some Products 40$ to 62$ Defrance

This T-shirt is available on other websites selling for 2$ Spoket Selling 64$ it is Big Defrance
I checked 5 to 10 Products Some Products are good But some Products have Very High Prices

The Shopify App store advertises that there is a free plan, not trial, for Spocket but after i installed and created the account, it asked me 3 questions then wouldn't let me continue without choosing a plan that you have to pay for. It does offer the 14 day free trial for all their plans.

For the products shipped from EU and shipped to EU, the shipment time being shown is 15-30 days. Hilarious!
