Leah is polite and professional in answering my questions. She was quick to reply and HONEST about my concerns. I'm only starting to use the service and may want an annual plan while it's discounted. I found out there are no refunds after the free trial period. Something I need to consider.

Spoke with Spencer from customer service and he resolved my issue quickly. The app however makes you pay an extra $7 monthly fee to talk to suppliers, and some don't have it enabled anyways, which spocket won't tell you until after you've paid

I have cancelled my membership before my trial ends but they still charged me unexpected cost $99.99 twice and a total of $199.98.

All the distributors are selling at retail prices. I went to all the manufacture websites and i can buy the products from them cheaper then then Spoket

Spocket truly believes in helping our customer’s businesses grow and we make sure that all supplier on-boarded onto the platform adheres to this guideline. Great to know! As we always say, the sales you acquire all depends on the effort you put into your store. The quality of the products on our catalog and their fast shipping times are an added bonus! This app is alot easier, and reliable than people give it credit for. Fast loading times as well. Very easy to navigate.

I love everything about the Spocket App. It'd be appreciated if they allow sourcing of products for every paid customer though. However, their support team is very helpful, calm, and understanding. Shoutout to Russel, your support was greatly appreciated.
