customer service A+++++ even though some of the suppliers on there needs to be removed becuase they do no tship or process orders on time, people at spocket have always gone above and beyond to help resolve whatever issue I had, and app integration is great, and easy to use.

Amazing to be able to fully automate the drop shipping process but would be great to get some AU suppliers on here.

We are in the process of adding new suppliers every week and although majority of them will be from EU/US, we also hope to cater more for our friends in Australia! I use this app to drop ship products. I really love this app. It's easy to use and customer service is great. I don't really have any complaints. This is the only app i use for all my stores.

Do not give this company your information! I have been trying to get a problem resolved for 3 months now to no avail! They have double and triple charged me each month and refused to refund for all the overages. Currently I have been charged 8 times, should have been 3. They have refunded me for 2 of the 5 over charges so there’s that. I have asked for a phone number to speak to an actual person but of course they won’t. So 100 emails later and nothing has been resolved! Steer clear of these people!

UPDATE: The customer service for Spocket was very responsive and was able to escalate my membership charge and process a refund. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and were committed to my resolution. While the service was not for me, the customer service focus showed me that they were committed to their customers and their satisfaction. While I would not give them a 5 since I did not find the service useful, the commitment they showed does warrant a 4 and is worth taking the 14 days to find out if it would work for your store. This drop shipper vendor was not for me. I felt the selection of products was lacking in the US warehouses. During my short time of use, I was not able to find products that fit my store brand in any of the US warehouses. I was also unable to get the AliExpress Connector to work, but to be fair, I did not take the time to call support to figure out why. I did not feel the cost of goods was competitive to my other dropship suppliers and on top of that had to pay subscription. This is probably a fine application for some who sells the products they warehouse, but it did not work for me. I had a slight complication when I tried to cancel the service.

Very good customer service, basically 24/7, even when it shows not online or away they come online and reply. Especially Kim, very helpful. Great experience
