UPDATE: The customer service for Spocket was very responsive and was able to escalate my membership charge and process a refund. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and were committed to my resolution. While the service was not for me, the customer service focus showed me that they were committed to their customers and their satisfaction. While I would not give them a 5 since I did not find the service useful, the commitment they showed does warrant a 4 and is worth taking the 14 days to find out if it would work for your store. This drop shipper vendor was not for me. I felt the selection of products was lacking in the US warehouses. During my short time of use, I was not able to find products that fit my store brand in any of the US warehouses. I was also unable to get the AliExpress Connector to work, but to be fair, I did not take the time to call support to figure out why. I did not feel the cost of goods was competitive to my other dropship suppliers and on top of that had to pay subscription. This is probably a fine application for some who sells the products they warehouse, but it did not work for me. I had a slight complication when I tried to cancel the service.

Love this app! Lots of variety, easy install and loading. My only complaint is that some pricing is crazy high. Other than that I love it!

I used this app to add products in my store and to sell them to mu future customers.Not sure how to label them under my brand .
Thank you for using Spocket to add products to sell to your store! You will not be disappointed! Private labeling is currently not yet a feature on Spocket but we do offer Branded Invoicing so that your customers will receive an invoice with your brand name and logo together with the packages. This is a really great feature to have please try it out!
Great products! I loved how everything is already pre-tagged. All of my items are categorized and the import to my store is a one step process.

great app very helpfull.
everything is extremly easy to use. only downside is the free version only lets you import 10 items a month then its 29 a month unlike oberlo that is always free
I love the products and that you can choose where you want them shipped form so customers don't have to wait too long on shipping, just wish they had more of a diversity in models (people wearing the products) but otherwise editing name variance and adding tags pretty easy. Also, help is always readily available, one click and you're instantly connected to someone on chat.
