Nice app and great customer service. Very friendly and professional. lots of premium products and items to use in dropshipping. lots of choices and fast delivery all over the us and EU.

Overall this app is really easy to use. I love that there are a lot of products from the US, which cuts down on long shipping time. Lot of great products to choose from!
But it does tend to freeze up a lot. Once I connect my sprocket to my shopify store, it sent me to another page, instead of letting me import the items I'd already selected. I had to start all over

We’re sorry to hear about the freezing issues and the trouble with reconnecting your Spocket account. That definitely sounds frustrating, especially after selecting your items. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to the support team—they can help troubleshoot the issue and assist with any syncing problems between Spocket and Shopify.
In the meantime, if you're running into freezes often, you might want to try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser to see if that helps. Sometimes, this can improve the performance of the app.

I love how it automates the product process completely, however it's plans are pretty expensive.
Its convenient and easy to navigate. They have almost all the right products. The only downside is that it is a bit too expensive.

It’s very helpful app for dropshipping. Easy to work with. It could have little bit more products availability but for beginners I guess it’s fine:)
