Good app and quality products. Great customer service!! Helped me to switch my account from one store to another in Shopify quickly. Would be good if they allow more than one store under one account, self-serve. It is a hassle as of now.

Jam really helped me with customer service! In all, the only issue I had was configuring shipping rates in Shopify.

We are in fact going to be implementing a similar feature like the one you mentioned in order to make things even easier. Please note though that Spocket does not earn from any of your sales or our suppliers' sales. They may have been the small transaction fees which is required by Stripe (Payment Gateway) in order to make sure that all payments processed are secured and safe. Also, please know that our suppliers are required to provide us with a 25-35% profit margin in all their listings. If you think they are in violation of this requirement, please feel free to report it to us and we'll make sure to take the appropriate actions necessary. Regarding your concern about your account, we apologize if there was any delay or inconvenience. We surely do not want to keep anyone waiting regarding any requests. This app has high quality products (many made and shipped from the USA) and outstanding customer service. I recently attempted to transfer my Unicorn Spocket membership from one Shopify shop to a second Shopify store/account that I own, and the customer service and tech departments not only made it possible, but made it a totally seamless process. Erwin and Charelean (aka Cha) made a technically complex transition go off without a hitch, and they were friendly and communicative every step of the way. I'm excited to get this new shop going, and know that I can always reach out if I have issues. It's not easy figuring all this out from scratch, truly. And it'd be damn near impossible without good people on the other side helping to usher my unique goals forward.
