it takes a little getting used to but the team is quite responsive - once you get past the learning curve its quite intuitive - better synchronization between shopify and spocket specifically for reporting on all facets including price / cost would be great

Sprocket has incredible, high quality products, and an easy to use app with US dropshippers. Customer service does a great job and they are responsive. I highly recommend to check them out. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the verified high quality suppliers.
I personally think it would have been nice if the live chats were answered rapidly, instead of having several agents on one query. Other than that, I'm happy so far, agents are helpful and do their best to provide the required service.

I love that you can get so many products that ship from the US. The selection of items is good, but there are some items I'd like to sell that I can't find on the app, however. So a bigger selection of products would be awesome. Other than that, the app is very helpful. Most of my store items come from Spocket. I still haven't sold anything from Spocket yet, so I can't give any details on the ordering and shipping process yet.

Love the products so far. Quality seems better than AliExpress and having the option of choosing where the products ship from is a huge plus. Definitely recommend.
