I had some issues with importing items to my store but the individual who helped me out via chat desk was extremely helpful! Got my issue resolved. Excellent service.

I just started using this app so far it is user friendly. The only thing I don't like is the fact that some of the products some of the products won't let me save the changes that I make do to a system error

Absolute scam of an app. These "I love it reviews" I don't know where it's coming from but I highly doubt they're real.

1.) Keyword search functions are an absolute nightmare. I can search specifically for "electronics" and clothing items, towels, and blankets would be my selections.

2.) I applied for the free trial, and then it lapped while I already removed the products from my website by a couple of days since I never used the app. They charged me full subscription prices when I canceled the account, they refused to refund me because of a "no refund" policy. On top of that, if you're going to charge me, and I cancel and immediately lose all "premium" functions that you've already charged me the month for is absolutely unfair practice.

I would highly NOT recommend this app to anyone. Especially since these policies can be discouraging if you're new to Shopify. Absolutely horrible service.

havent sold anythig yet mainly cause im still working on the store but far as i can see its great i love all the different products that are on the site i can literally get any kinda style clothing or products like camping gear what ever a person might want its there for you

This guys wont give a crap about you only about your money. You do not have direct contact with the suppliers on the platform, so if anything goes wrong with an order you have to contact their customer service, which will then reach out to the suppliers and then reach back to you. Good luck with that! I pay them 100 dollars monthly and when an order from spocket failed to deliver to my customer twice ( customer is furious btw) I reached out for help to them and I'm still waiting for an update from spocket's customer service.. DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will not assist you they way they should if something goes wrong with your order. They only know how to collect money from customers and ZERO SUPPORT

Thank you for letting us know! Shipping can be definitely be a pain sometimes especially during these times! We appreciate your feedback as it does help us know the things we can improve on and how we can do things better. Direct contact with the suppliers is a feature we are working hard to implement in the future and hope to have it rolled out soon! Failed delivery attempts however are usually within the hands of the courier themselves but it is not a reason for us not to do whatever we can to help. Amazing!!! The customer support is super as well! The products are wonderful and not common like on other apps. This is a must have app! Highly recommend!
