I have a business physically, with more than 500 products in 3 physical stores. I decided to put this App to add some products that I do not have, for online sales. I found myself with unqualified suppliers, very high shipping prices, the first trial order was canceled after 12 days of waiting. It was for me, I wanted to test the system before taking my clients. The customer service is incompetent, they never knew what happened to my shipment. they just told me wait until this day. Another one of the customer service seems racist. He does not know what Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Virgin Islands is part of the USA, and I treat in a contemptuous and minimizing way. or mentioning Mexico ?. I really never thought of meeting these types of people giving support services.
Thanks for such a bad experience. I do not recommend this APP at all.

Tengo un negocio físico, con más de 500 productos en 3 tiendas físicas. Decidí poner esta aplicación para agregar algunos productos que no tengo, para ventas en línea. Me encontré con proveedores no calificados, precios de envío muy altos, el primer pedido de prueba fue cancelado después de 12 días de espera. Era para mí, quería probar el sistema antes de llevar a mis clientes. El servicio al cliente es incompetente, nunca supieron lo que sucedió con mi envío. solo me dijeron que esperara hasta este día. Otro de los servicios al cliente parece racista. No sabe qué Puerto Rico, Hawái o las Islas Vírgenes son parte de los EE. UU., Y trato de una manera despectiva y minimizadora. o mencionando a México? Realmente nunca pensé en conocer a este tipo de personas que brindan servicios de apoyo.

Do not give this company your information! I have been trying to get a problem resolved for 3 months now to no avail! They have double and triple charged me each month and refused to refund for all the overages. Currently I have been charged 8 times, should have been 3. They have refunded me for 2 of the 5 over charges so there’s that. I have asked for a phone number to speak to an actual person but of course they won’t. So 100 emails later and nothing has been resolved! Steer clear of these people!

I have already paid for the 3 month plan, but after that I can't access the app. Every time I try to access the app
A 403 error popped up and I couldn't use it at all.

After 2 months using this app and dealing with them I can only advise people to go away. This is what I believe gives Legal Scam a definition. After nearly 200 sales and over $8000 turnover, we had NO profit. The costs of this app are ridiculously high and the gross profit margins are very little (20-25%).
Out of all this sales we had only 2 issues and they are taking so much time to refund us. It's dodgy, very dodgy. They stop responding when we showed them proofs that we were right. So we had to refund the costumer and received nothing yet.
If you are looking into dropship, just Google for your niche and you will find direct suppliers, no good to have a middle-man, specially when are this guys.
The pros of this app is that integrates very easily and to fulfill orders it's a click of a button, so it is quite convinient, however it doesn't keep any business running.
The only way you could succeed with this service is if you find a product with a gross profit margin of above 50% (which personally I never saw one but this guys actually have tons of products, so have a look), or if you have a lot of organic traffic. If you have to pay for ads might as well not even start.
There is fees everywhere! You not only pay for a monthly fee as there is a fee on every order. Most of the suppliers do not offer free shipping, so if you offer in your store get ready to take a hit!
Be careful with the premium products!
Customer Service is similar to shopify, they are always there but don't know how to get things done.
The worst of this is that because of their products we lost our Shopify Payment Gateway, FOREVER! So do not add anything related to COVID-19 that Shopify is gonna block you for lifetime. We thought it wouldn't be a problem but getting a new Gateway is so hard and pricey.
This service is really pushing us down, after 2 months of hard work not having things done fairly and having a loss of $700 really hits the feelings. I would not recommend using this guys at all. Specially when it is so easy to find direct suppliers.
We are just waiting on our refunds and we would cancel this subscription. To be honest we haven't cancelled yet as we think they will use that as an excuse to don't refund us. That is the lost of trust we got from them in only 2 months. UPDATE: No refunds been given, they are ignoring and not responding and they own us more than 100usd. This is how bad this guys are. Legal scam, absolutely!
I feel sad we worked to hard to get to this and I hope this can save other good people from failling when all they want is to have a fair business.
Keep away from legal scams, this is one but there are many more. Keep hustling!

There's nothing worth promoting. Low Inventory. I'm not spending Ad money promoting a product with 5-7 in stock. Only cheap POD products have high inventory. My personal observation for over 3 months. It ain't getting any better. Other items are way too pricey. I'd be doing them a huge favor getting'em off their hands.

Products that have lower inventory tend to be the higher selling products but our suppliers usually restock high in demand products on a regular basis depending on the demand. I am updating my review , I deleted the app, it was extremely harmful for my business and I lost the store reputation even before I can make my 20 orders, My Advise , don't rick dealing with such app
Shipping times from some of our suppliers were increased a bit due to the current pandemic situation. This is to set the proper expectations to you and your customers but you can rest assured that faster shipping times will return back once everything is back to normal! Thanks for your understanding!

I don't usually leave reviews unless it's extraordinary, exception product or it's one of worst product. I am writing this feedback with good intension to help other new shop owners to be cautious about this app.
I will be reporting to Shopify and they may take down the app soon. So use this app at your own risk.
- Hidden secret of charging $99, It's shocking the Spocket app is so unprofessional. I never made any sale from the app for past two months, so i uninstall the app to save $99 monthly charges. when Spocket charged me $99 in-spite uninstall. When i saw in bank account i immediately reach out customer support, the customer support comes back after two days saying i need to do more steps, so basically uninstall app does not mean you not using the app because Spocket want to make money. As per Shopify clear instruction to remove just click on uninstall. Spocket is a tricky app do not Trust this app.
- CUSTOMER Support: I joined empire the highest ($99) expecting best customer support. It was the worst customer service team, The chat session is not real time, they do NOT provide updates, they do NOT respond within 2 hours or within 24 hours. FALSE ADVERTISING. I wish to upload my chat session to prove it but the review does not allow.
I was shocked to know how come they got number of five (5) stars ratings then i found out their business tactics to impress new customers... for proof please read one of the review given by OurPlacez on February 21, 2019, it's very interesting Spocket team will tell you what to put on the review...pls check it out. Probably you might get discount or special deal if you give them 5 (five) star ratings.
The most interesting surprise i saw, was shocking!!! after i gave 1 (one) star, i wrote email to Spocket, next day i went to check my review just want to make sure my feedback is still there.... guess what happened i saw three 5 (five) ratings feedback within 24 hours, Spocket does not want to reveal bad feedback on list when the new user looks at the reviews, i totally understand that's how some business works to make money but someone like me losing $99 is hard pill to swallow, it's hard earned money. It's very painful falling into this scam app and losing money. Lesson learnt 1st read negative review before making decision.

I am not sure of the intentions but I have paid for a full year and seems you cannot fix the issue, then refund our money... Simple.
Have already lost 1 month for which I have paid.

I would give ZERO stars if one could...
They take money upfront and then when their platform does not work or even push products to our shopify store, they do not fix issues. We have spent over 100 hours and still no resolution.
The management does not even bother.
Sad. I hope we will get our money back. As I think its a scam. And for products they are pushing Aliexpress / china shipper for most ???
