I was trying to juggle between two accounts and Lorena helped me setup one final account and also helped me with transfer of my paid plan. It was very confusing in the beginning however the support system is quick and easy.

It is nice to be able to register products very easily and quickly. It's nice to be able to register products very easily and quickly. What's a bit disappointing is that the retail price I sell is unstable and that the registration of premium products is limited. It is generally a convenient system to use.

Our suppliers are actually required to provide 25-35% profit margin on the retail prices that they list on their products. If you feel that the products you are selling from them does not meet this standard, please reach out to us at support@spocket.co and we'll gladly reach out to the supplier about it and take the appropriate actions necessary. We want to make sure you have enough room for profit for each product on Spocket. Thank you for being with us!
Ok, I have been using Sprocket since 2018 on their FREE plan which allowed 25 products worked great for me. NOW...they changed their plans and now their FREE Basic plan does no longer allow 25 products and indicates FREE forever! Therefore I am now having to uninstall due to their plan changes because under the old FREE plan I was on is no longer valid. What a shame.
Thanks for sharing! We have indeed adjusted our pricing to reflect the value users get from our tool and to make room for some great incoming new features but since you are a Spocket user since last year, our Support team will be in touch with you soon to get this resolved.
Based on my professional experience, I cannot recommend using Spocket. Despite paying $698 for the subscription, I found that many of the suppliers I used on the app were not compliant with their processing or shipping times. Some claimed to be based in the US but were not, and reaching out to support was often unhelpful. While the support team was friendly, they could only message the supplier and wait for a reply, which could take up to 48 hours. This meant that orders were often late, and I had to deal with frustrated customers demanding their tracking numbers. I was also frustrated by the lack of direct access support had to contact the supplier. Every week, I have to reach out for help because an order hasn't shipped on time, and even the chat feature they promoted as a benefit was often unresponsive. Additionally, there was no option to confirm if an item was in stock before paying the supplier, and once you pay for an order, you're stuck with it for weeks without the option to cancel. As a small business owner, I find this lack of control over a large number of suppliers to be unacceptable and detrimental to retaining new and existing customers.
