Perfect timmings, better suppliers, nice fees ... I think that this is a nice option working with EEUU and Europe. Also a nice free plan.

Terrible app. Signed up for the “AI created store”, it’s supposed to be completed in an hour, it was not. Then they said even though it’s advertised that it’ll be done in under 60 min, that it can take up to 48 hours (so they just lie), it took about 4 days for mg store to be finished (so they’re really not using AI, they’re creating the stores manually and just saying it’s AI created). Once my store was delivered to me, the registered country wrong (which you can’t change), so I couldn’t even use the store. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money and now they won’t respond to any emails. Stay far away, scamming, dishonest company.

I have had terrible experience with this app.

First, the membership fees. On 23.12.2018 I paid $39 membership fee to Spocket. That's Ok. Then I started a free trial on their highest membership which costs $99. When the trial expired, they charged me $99 on 12.01.2019. For one month, they have taken $138 from me for membership fees only.

Secondly, on the product page is said that the product is in stock but when I order a product for my customer, it is either out of stock or cannot be delivered to their location. The last product I ordered was a bookshelf. I cancelled the order because I thought they wouldn't send it. Although, I cancelled it, they sent it and said that I should contact the buyer and tell him to return it. That makes a bad name for me on Amazon. Because I canceled orders because of them and I am just getting started on this marketplace.

On 18.01.2019 we received the two refunds after almost the whole of January. However, the money they took for the $99 membership for which I wanted refund two days after I paid for it due to my problems with them + the cancelled order are not refunded.

Also, I cannot remove my credit card information. They cannot hold my card info as I do not want to work with them anymore. This is illegal.

I will never use them again and want this to reach other people so they do not lose money because of them.

This app is absolutely terrible . Today is June 24, 2020. I have placed about 88 orders with spocket & their suppliers. Over 50 of them have no updates on shipping in 5 weeks. I have people emailing me everyday about orders. STAY AWAY. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The customer service DOES NOT REPLY. Imagine more than half your orders not being shipped? I am seeking legal help. They basically STOLE MY MONEY and do not reply. Their suppliers ARE NOT FROM THE USA. They are all from CHINA. This app is a SCAM. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE
