Make sure you are aware of this app. Customer service and cancellation systems are broken. I don't understand how they got over four-star reviews.

In February, I joined the annual plan as they advertised EU or US products. But they have cheap products that are mostly made in China. So I want to cancel the membership and refund my money. In the beginning, they said they would email me back with the resolution. However, there was no response for more than 10 days even though I emailed several times after that.

So I filed a claim with Paypal through their website but was disappointed the case was resolved in the seller's favor.

As a result, they canceled my annual membership and kept the money. So I emailed Spocket that since they didn't refund the money my account should be active until the annual membership period. My request was rejected. Despite paying a full year's membership fee, my account was closed. There must be something wrong with their policy. I feel that this is an unfair and unjust decision. I was expecting a refund but instead my account was closed. I hope that Spocket will reconsider their policy and treat all customers fairly.

I was happy to locate products shipping from the USA - some of the brands take forever to ship or update tracking almost not worth it when you have customers asking where their stuff is........quantities aren't always updated either and have left me canceling orders due to lack of inventory. Although Spocket did reach out I have continued to have the same slow shipping problems and have contacted them on multiple occasions regarding tracking information. Customer service is everything as well as prompt shipping times - PLEASE hold your vendors accountable on the listed shipping speed -or remove it entirely! Currently 1 order open and going on day 3 with no tracking - these are not made to order products (this is probably the 4th time same problems) I will be removing these products. The overall app has decent products that I would continue selling if they can work out the kinks with some of their vendors

Update 1/11/19: Removed Spocket products from my store - canceled my paid service - my orders that were placed on 12/31 still had not shipped as of 1/10! After several attempts to get Spocket to contact the vendor finally it started tracking shipping.

Another order on placed 1/2/19 - Still No Update from the Vendor on what the delay is... Still no tracking info - I had to refund the order. I have had issues with 75% of my orders either shipping delays, out of stock products.

All the distributors are selling at retail prices. I went to all the manufacture websites and i can buy the products from them cheaper then then Spoket

A GIANT SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! My previous review was based on being new and never having any orders from this platform plus they said I would get a discount if I left a 5 star review (never got any discounts). I have to say this has been the WORST experience with SUPPOSEDLY "verified" suppliers. I am careful to select items for my stores which are advertised as shipping from the USA. So far only ONE of my orders has shipped and ALL the rest sat for weeks and then were eventually cancelled, different suppliers. If you want your new business to tank quickly, they are great. They have fake 5 star ratings on all their suppliers with no way to actually rate them, no data on actual performance, just some fake stars under a fake name. Automated customer service which will continually apologize with no actual help. Most suppliers can't be contacted as advertised either. A GIANT SCAM. STAY AWAY

Do not use this platform. There refund policy is hidden, because you won't get one. Suppliers will not ship products on time. In order to contact them you have to chat with spoket, and wait days for a response. I had an issue with a vendor that took a week longer than advertised to ship. I requested a refund, as my sales channel refunded the customer due to long times. 2 days after said request, Supplier shipped the order. 3 weeks later Supplier requested the product. Yea. Right. A customer gets a free product at my expense. So fk me. Spoket will not refund my annual account. Again fk me. So fk spoket. My bank is processing both returns, and labeling spoket as fraudulent because they do not display there refund policy clearly. At least someone knows how to provide decent service.

Our Annual Subscriptions are indeed non-refundable as stated when you signed up because yearly subscriptions are heavily discounted. Our refund policy is very open and can be found in our help center. We are very strict and we don't tolerate suppliers that do not stay true to their claims especially with their processing and shipping times. While we do understand that some of our suppliers are on a limited workforce schedule due to the pandemic, you can be sure that we will take the appropriate actions necessary to prevent any issues moving forward. SHOPIFY SELLERS - THINK TWICE BEFORE USING SPOCKET AS A FUFILLMENT SERVICE I have used Spocket for a little over 2 months now - The best thing about them is that they have an easy to use import feature. EVERYTHING else though? GARBAGE. You have no idea how frustrating it is to have an order placed, and have the need to change something, or the need to communicate with the person who is actually fulfilling your order. These people do not understand the need to communicate with people... They are trying to be a middleman and their business will be dying very shortly because of it. Do you really want to build your business with an app like this? Seriously ask yourself because I can guarantee that they will be out of business soon because of their terrible business practices. The other terrible thing? THEY DON'T UPDATE OR CHANGE ANYTHING ON THE PLATFORM. There is no ability for the users to suggest new features because these idiots are trying to monopolize the drop shipping platform and are failing miserably. I cant believe Shopify continues to let this app be installed as its pretty much Malware. Update: They called and begged me to remove my review and offered me one year free of their premium service. I agreed and after 6 months I can tell you that this app is the worst app in the app store. PLEASE go and try them so you can find out how terrible they are. Then, when you are finished, leave an honest review because all of their reviews are fake as them. Still the worst app on the app store

I canceled long before the trial was over. However, spocket charged my paypal account after confirmation that the account was closed. They are giving me the runaround and making it very difficult on me to get the charge refunded. I have to go through a paypal dispute. Disappointing because I thought this was a trustworthy company.

DO NOT use SPOCKET app!!! Be careful with this company as it's absolutely fraudulent company with a business plan tailored to SCAM! They are scammers and at that stage when you will decide after cheepest trial that you do not need this App, they will send fake expensive bills to PayPal and will charge you for the whole year. But when you try to recover your money back, PayPal will ask you for more evidence by sending an agreement, which of course you wouldn't have as in first place it doesn't exist and second Spocket anyway never gives any agreement to you. Also, Spocket isn't an honest company and it doesn't follow the Law and Regulations.
Spocket is just one of those SCAMMING Apps which try to earn by cheating and at the end of day it will cost too much money to you. Think twice, before even starting to use it!

Update:
The cancellation process is a pain. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for three days! I keep getting excuses. Make it easy for customers to cancel on the app since you charge separately from Shopify. I've read other reviews about people being charged after they've cancelled and uninstalled the app. If I'm charged, I'm going to report as fraud. Make it easy for customers to cancel without having to talk to anyone.

Update:
Every time I use this app, there is always a technical issue. Customer service is quick to respond but they rarely offer a solution which isn't beneficial to me. I think the concept is great but they need to improve the technical issues and provide solutions instead of template answers. As an example, I imported over 50 products into my store and the images are in webpage format and not jpeg or png, which is a requirement for Shopify. They told me to delete all of the products and then reimport because of an issue with the code. I also pay someone to write product descriptions and their work would be deleted. I am definitely searching for other vendors and apps to use. I wouldn't rely on this app.

The products are a bit pricey and not wholesale prices. I'm going to order samples and I like having that option. Customer service is quick and great! Spocket, however, lacks a lot of features to make the user experience much better and the team doesn't seem receptive to customer feedback.

1. Spocket doesn't have an option to unpublish. I have to make additional edits in Shopify and I don’t want customers to see an unfinished product.
2. There is no option to add products to multiple categories.
3. No option to add a sale or compare price.
4. I can’t see shipping times or other vendor information in the important list unless I search for each product.
5. All of the tags or keywords are auto-populated and most of the time I delete most because it doesn’t fit my store, brand or product. Extra time deleting instead of just letting me add only or select the ones I want.
6. Some text editing features are missing with font and I can’t add a table in the text area. This isn’t probably a big deal but great to have.
7. Add an option to apply the same pricing to all variants instead of pasting or typing in each field.
8. Bonus-see vendor information and ratings such as order accuracy and speed.

The absolute worst dropshipping app ever! Their customer support is awful! I made the mistake of paying for an annual subscription and could only use the app for a few months it 's so bad and they refuse to refund me for the month that i will not be using even after removing the app from my store. The vendors on here are shady, they claim they ship from the US but they don't. They create shipping labels but never ship the items. Their customer support is awful, you will be talking to 6 different people aboutone thing. They keep telling you, they'll get back to you and you never hear back. Very shady app that just out to steal people's money. Stay away from this app. Listen to the other reviews trust me, they are all right!
