I strongly do NOT recommend Spocket. The app has benn barely functioning over a month, especially when it comes to integration with Shopify, which constantly fails or disconnects. For a fropshipping platform, this is completly unacceptable.
The customer suppport is by far the worst I have experienced with any Shopify app. Responses are slow, generic and completly unhelpful. It feels like no one is actually solving the problem.
Even worse, billing management is extremly problematic. Once you subscrube, it becomes very difficult to properly disable or cancel billing plan. The system is dsigned to trap users in subscriptions.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. One of the worst apps I have used.

This app operates like a billing trap dressed up as a dropshipping tool.
For 2–3 days straight I could not log into my own account. Not to cancel. Not to change my password. Not to remove
my card. Not to read a single line of my own billing info. The dashboard was completely dead. I was a paying
customer locked out of the service I was paying for.
With no way back in and my store waiting on suppliers, I had no choice but to open a second account just to keep
operating. So now I was paying Spocket twice for the same business — one account I couldn't even access.
Eventually I cancelled both accounts. I have the cancellation receipts. Saved. Time-stamped. Done.
Today my bank flagged an $80 charge from Spocket. For two cancelled accounts. After being locked out of one of
them without warning in the first place.
I've filed a complaint with my bank and requested they either block Spocket permanently or reissue my card so this
company can never touch my money again.
If you run a serious Shopify store, do not give these people your card number. In my case, they locked me out,
forced me to pay twice, and kept charging me after I cancelled. This is not a supplier. This is a billing trap.
One star is too generous.
If I could give zero stars I would as I have requested since October to have this account closed and to stop billing and every month they continue to bill my account $99.99. Every time a new payment goes through, I go through the whole process again to stop the billing only to wait a month to see if I am billed again. FIVE months now I am dealing with this and over $500 later I am still not sure if they are going to stop the March billing.

Regarding billing, once a subscription is canceled, charges should not continue.
