Great prices, but everything is CONSTANTLY going out of stock, especially in the top selling Large and XL sizes. I don't understand why SPOD is always short on qtys for the most common sizes.

I'm not certain which product you are referring to, but we are doing our best to keep our inventory full. As we just came out of the peak season, January & February are always a bit more tricky, since we have to replenish everything that was sold in November and December. However, most items should be back in stock by the end of the month.

Product and quality vary order to order. I'm sadly disappointed with most sample orders I get from them. I have been looking for other suppliers that offer the same options they do. Hopefully they can get better and turn out better quality.

I created two women's t-shirts from the SPOD app, added them to my Shopify store, and ordered two samples. The first sample wasn't what I expected. I contacted customer service and they were great! She handled the return in an expedient manner the same day, re-ordered a different t-shirt with the exact design I created, and placed my order for processing. When both t-shirts were received in a timely manner and came out excellent, I was completely satisfied! I love the t-shirts and the app. I am so glad I found this app. -Jonnay Designs LLC

Great so far. I waited on a phone call for 15 minutes before a recording telling me no-one was available and the mailbox was full. However it was very easy to setup first item for design.

This app is NOT usable if you already have products and have spent months building up SEO rank and reputation for your listings. There is no way to import your existing products and there is no manual fulfillment option on the backend so that you could keep your listings and just fulfill manually as a temporary solution. I wanted to love SPOD because pricing is great and the app works well but this really misses the mark on what store owners need. Please fix this as soon as possible I would have been happy to move over 5000 skus over to SPOD but I can not lose the many months of work already put in.

If you already have a store with products you will be sadly disappointed. If you are just starting this might work for you. Its really a Shame I have two brands and two different stores I wanted to switch over to SPOD. I will have to go with Shirtly or someone else who allows business owners to not throw away months maybe even years of work just to use you guys. I hope you guys will take this into account and find a way to help existing brand owners.
