So far so good. My shop 10shirts.dk (10 is pronounced "tee" in Danish, hence the name), but the possibilities with SPOD are incredible. Just love that they have launched an EU version. I just wish that facemasks would be a part of the catalogue soon!
I have only just started using this app but so far it has been awesome. I have ordered a test order and will let you know the outcome

I give 4 stars because this app does not offer the same as on their website for product upload, their integrated version should actually be better on this app. I liked being able to add all my products at one time which on the other version ( https://www.spreadshop.com/ ) i was able too. So far on here at least not that i have found yet. I am once again back to doing individuals products. However the trade off is having a fantastic mockup program for my customers now. So a very well earned 4**** review as it takes a lot to get me to write a review during my busy schedule.
My review is not so much for the app as it is for SPOD customer service. The app works just fine. I have been using SPOD for approximately 1 1/2 years now. Anytime that I have reached out to SPOD with questions and/or concerns they were attentive and helpful. My most recent experience was initially very disappointing but was eventually made right by a representative that went out if his way to rectify my issues. I was very fortunate to be referred to him and SPOD is also very fortunate to have him aboard. Closing remarks: App does what it needs to do. Customer service needs to do what they say they're going to do ~ Terille excluded! Thank you for everything Terille!

I've had multiple print quality issues. It's like they print the items blind-folded. Also, SPOD is a horrible option if you want to sell internationally. No tracking for shipping unless you pay a lot extra. Which means no profit for the merchant.

Sorry that you had print quality issues. Have you already contacted our customer service about it? They will certainly be able to help you in this matter.
We are currently working on a solution when it comes to international shipping from the US. I would always suggest using our Europe-based production if you want to ship to most countries on that continent.

AWFUL !!! I used to send this guys most of our orders about 80% in 2020, now they are getting 10% even less, their prices increased a lot, their customer service is awful, if they send a bad print to the customer they will not care in giving a refund. An order was more than 10 days in production and never shipped even after calling customer support 3 times and sending more than 4 emails. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! Go with Printify, their customer service is a looot better, prices are good and Monster Digital is great quality and they take care of the customer when a bad printing is sent.

The shipping times are incredible! The quality is quite good as well. Hopefully, they'll at more products soon like more than one tank top option for men, but so far I love it! FYI, you'll need to crop the empty space around your designs because the app does not allow you to go "outside the lines". It's not too big a hassle and the app is well designed overall.
