Spoks: Email & SMS Marketing

Well done SPOKS Team.
We grew on Klaviyo to 140,000 users but at points had 2000 regular customers, so the plan was costing us a fortune, and Klaviyos admin to surpress , unsurpress to align the commericals was crazy.
When I saw your ad I though I was dreaming or it'd be rubbish. But as you included a sync and personal review of our flows, I couldn't say no.

Since moving to you not only have we incredible ROI on our cost of email we use our GPT to help us manage everything.

We decided to switch to Spoks because our previous email marketing platform was getting really expensive over time - a problem I think a lot of Shopify stores know.

At first we were honestly a bit skeptical about switching. We have a bigger email list and our shop has been around for quite a few years, so email marketing is an important part of our business. We were worried about what would happen to our flows, if we would see a drop in revenue, how our email deliverability would be after switching platforms etc.

But what can I say, we tried it and didn't regret it for a second.

The whole migration went super smooth, we had absolutely no drop in revenue, our flows are actually performing better than before and our campaigns perform just as good. The tool itself is very clean and easy to use and has all the important features we need. Even with our bigger list everything runs really smooth.

And one thing I really have to mention is the support. Probably the best support we ever experienced with any Shopify app. The guys really took their time for us, discussed the whole migration with us in several calls and are always easy to reach via chat if there is anything. You really feel like there are actual people behind the app who care about their customers.

So if you're currently thinking about switching your email marketing platform because you're tired of paying more and more, just give Spoks a try. We are super happy we did!

What a great app and service for my store- affordable and professional. I switched from Klaviyo, which was complicated and very, very expensive. SPOKS has made a small store like mine able to collect emails. Do newsletters and so much more; I highly recommend SPOKS

This is the first time I've ever set up a new email platform and actually had fun doing it, and I've been doing this a long time. The connector to Claude has been seamless, all of the setup was so clear and David is so helpful with the videos, email welcomes, and even the email conversations we've had so far.

I thought I was just dipping my toe into trying Spoks and installed it to play with and I immediately went all in and easily transferred everything into Spoks. HIGHLY recommend giving it a try. Thank you for developing this much needed app!

Probably the best onboarding experience I’ve had with a Shopify app.

From the very first interaction, the team and especially Daniel has been incredibly helpful, proactive and genuinely invested in making sure we get the most out of the app. The onboarding alone deserves 5 stars.

We’re still early in the process, but the potential looks huge. Honestly, if Spoks delivers even half of what I believe it can do for our store, I’ll be VERY happy.

My low average spend with Klaviyo per month was $970. I was constantly suppressing profiles and having to limit my email campaigns so I wouldn't exceed their crazy limits and spend more. I was hesitant to try Spoks but it has been a great alternative. It's not perfect but I'm a done is better than perfect kind of person these days.

For $39 I can send an email daily if I want. It has the capability to display dynamic products based on collection like Klaviyo.

I honestly don't use a ton of the features because I don't have to. I can hit a large majority of my database easily and regularly and that's what is important to me.

The problem with Instagram these days is that it is very easy to be tempted by something that doesn't sound feasible for the price, only to discover that itwasn't/isn't. We are a very small business, and yet we need to use all the tools used by the larger businesses. We were using Kalviyo, and yes, it was good, and yes, we were not using it to its fullest extent because, quite frankly, we're too small, with not enough time to make as much use as we maybe would like to. My biggest gripe, therefore, was a) the monthly emails we would get telling us that we were reaching our limits and b) the monthly bill, which, whilst not large compared to many, was something that was becoming more and more difficult to justify.

I decided after a little bit of umming and ahhing to bite the bullet and make the switch. I am absolutely delighted to have done so. Not only was the transition as painless as it was promised, but without all the add-on features being added by Klaviyo, the Spoks platform is easy to use, easy to understand and with the mobile apps I can check on my campaigns and flows on the move and even start drafting a new campaign on the move too! I am sure there are some fancy things I could have done with Klaviyo that i might not be able to do with Spoks, but ultimately who cares. This is a very tidy program, with a clean interface and I love it.

A fantastic product backed by exceptional support

After using Klaviyo for nearly five years, the cost of our plan had increased significantly. What began as an affordable solution became increasingly expensive as our email list grew.

Since moving to Spoks, we have reduced our monthly costs and found the email builder much easier to use. The attribution also feels more accurate, but the biggest difference is the support. There is a knowledgeable, responsive team of real people available when you need help.

We are extremely pleased we made the switch.
