Very user-friendly. I needed no help getting started and so far I am very pleased with the customization options. Tech support via chat/e-mail is quite prompt. Load times take a bit longer than desired and I'm not thrilled about the price, but I believe the added visual interest will increase sales to my shop and more than justify the expense.

What I wish the app could include in the future: faster loading times and the ability to edit the default video playback speed, crop/resize image/ video and custom synchronization options .

I wanted to have simple autoplay gallery website years ago. Unfortunately after lot of effort it never worked out well, either quality was poor or it was not compatible with all browsers, the files were too big, theme did not supported it, it was just headache...
With Autoplay Video Galleries you can feature any videos instead of static photos on your collections page, it loads super quick, quality is great and it is soo simple to use. Works perfectly fine on smartphones too!

The product is excellent and does what I want it to do for my store. Customer service from these guys is amazing. The app did not work with my theme, but I reached out to customer support, and Tamas was excellent; he was quick to respond, got his developers to go onto my site, and the issue was resolved, and the app is working wonderfully.

This app must become a huge success. It’s so simple to operate and it can add so much value to your collection overviews that I think every Shopify site needs this. Thank you and best of luck with the app!
