A ONE-STOP SHOP in order security. Incredible layers of monitoring and protection, adjustable to the needs of the seller. Excellent in detecting and blocking fraudulent orders and bogus buyers. Highly recommended for sellers that receive tons of orders on a daily basis.

We had a robust process for detecting fraud but some orders were still getting through, so adding an extra layer of security never hurts. Since installing Spotrisk, we have been able to automate the fraud checks we used to do manually, and by combining Spotrisk with our payment gateways protection we can quickly identify a fraudulent purchase and not ship it. Avoiding the time and headache just one fraudulent order causes chasing courier companies and dealing with chargebacks pays for itself

I’ve been using this app for approximately 4 months, as I run six different Shopify shops, I was an ideal candidate to test using the one app on multiple shops the data they are collecting to help us fight cyber crime, track suspicious activity is a necessary evil when people are continuously trying to do fraudulent orders. I’m looking forward to see how this app develops, every retailer should give it ago.
