I have been using this app for a while now. Still learning more about them. They have some great quality products. The fulfillment prices are very cheap especially for the products I currently use. They have great customer service and I recommend them too as well if interested in print-on-demand service.
I like the easy setup but haven't sold anything yet. Will update with any new input I may have. I suggest to try it out.
Sehr einfach zu handhaben. Würde mir wünschen, dass man mehrere Kategorien (T-Shirt Damen- T-Shirt Herren) gleichzeitig designen kann.
Perfect. Simple and easy to use and shipping prices are very good for Canadian and international orders.
Perfect - everything just works, we are shipping to customers already. I like the different options for configuring the products, the default texts and more.

The app is working pretty good. Easy to navigate and to use.
I just would like to express my disappointment during the migration.
Waited patiently for 6 days, on day 6 I call them and they assured me that the order was in the production badge for that day. I kept an eye on it the whole day..... no changes in the status, by the end of the day I tried to call them, no answer.
Now it is day 7....... still no changes, I call them and they can not even tell me if it will go into production on day 7, did the lady from the day before tell me what I wanted to hear???? Nobody can tell me what the status is and when it will go into production (day 7), they need to contact management for this, everything is okay with the order, everything is in stock, this is what they told me, and you need to contact management?
Also send an email same standard text as a reply, they do not even take a look at your case.
Once again, I waited patiently for 6 days!

I was able to see your pending order and the notes from the four times you were able to speak with someone in Customer Service. Your order has shipped as of today and should be on the way to your Customer.
As far as the migration, we are doing everything that we can to support our merchants during this time. Production Teams are now working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to get as many orders out as possible. Months and months I spent researching and trying to find a customizer that is easy to use and not a lot of steps....TADA! I do highly recommend this app!

The Women's Cropped Tshirts are always SOLD out. Spoke to them a number of times and it's the same problem. Spod; I don't have a product to sell if your T-shirts are always sold out. At the moment I'm writing this, there is no medium and small in the Women's cropped T-shirt. People have been to my site and been asking why Everything is sold out. SPOD can you please explain? Getting ready to pull the plug.!

Thank you for your feedback, we're so sorry to hear that your are affected by the dificulties we are experiencing with the suppliers for some of our products. The feedback we have from the supplier for the cropped t-shirts in deep-heather is that they will be in stock again at the end of June, all other color variants should be avilable in all sizes. Apologies that we cannot give you a more precise outlook on this.

Ive been using these app to create my pieces, and it is by far the best app in program. Its very quick and easy to use and understand.
I used this app for a shirt I designed that was successful on TikTok so this was my first time ever doing POD and to my surprise SPOD provided me with the absolute worst quality product I was getting hundreds of messages from customers telling me there shirt was destroyed after a single wash and just terribly printed shirts after that SPOD said I need every single customer to provide me with a picture proof and specific SKU so I can get credited pretty hard for a 1 man team so I was left with doing almost $9000 in refunds without spod crediting me you should 100% take your business somewhere else
