While it took a little practice to become comfortable with the app. Once you do it is super easy to move back and forth between menus even when you forget something and have to slide back two steps, without loosing your information. It ROCKS!
UPDATE: I loaded all my artwork at one time and it was soooooo simple to quickly add 150 products to the store complete with SEO in less than a day.

Great app. everyone who want to offer customers the ability to design their own products, this is a must have app. Good for gifts section.
So far nice and simple, just made my first t shirt. It appeared on my catolouge instantly. going to order one and see how it looks!
I have done 3 sample orders with them and so far they are great! The whole process has been seamless. The quality of the shirts and the printing was top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend SPOD to anyone wanting to do this business.

Interface is easy to use and seamless BUT orders dont transfer to fulfillment many of the times, there are many glitches, and when this happens, it cancels orders and/or leaves them in queue and add more processing time.I spoke with customer service twice about technical issues and was never even contacted back with a resolution. Keeping this app will be a destruction to my business to continue, I deleted it today.
Hello Hijabi Pop, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. The issue you were having is a very simple fix as I'm sure there were some settings that needed to be adjusted. Typically Customer Service responds between 24-48 Hours of an inquiry so I sincerely apologize for them not getting back to you. Great Quality and ease of use! highly recommended. The quality was more than expected and the design print looks as good as in the design process.
I love the ease of using this app. I love their many options as well. The only thing I don't like is that there aren't many options for colors for the front of hoodies and sleeves. Not everyone wants neon or glitter on their apparel.

The font color issue sounds as if the product was set up with special flex which only offers these kinds of extravagant colors and effects.
However, if you upload a design as a vector file or use our text tool or free vector designs, it should also be possible to choose the DTG (Digital Direct) printing in the product creation and offer or choose from a wide range of printing colors. Right now we have some difficulties in the supply chain in getting stock delivered on time, but our purchasing department is working incredibly hard finding additional and back up suppliers.
