I bought some samples because I have my online store, and the sizes that were supposed to be XL run as M or SMAL sizes, and I contacted SPOD and I explained the problem and they do not want to solve the situation of the product, when they have to take responsibility too, imagine that a client buys a product in my online store and has the same problem as me, so what will happen to my client? They are supposed to solve the problem with their manufacture or whoever prints the product for them. Because I have proof that the products do not work for me. Everyone here has to have a responsibility and guarantee that customers receive a quality product and their problem can be solved. I believe a lot in customer service because I have worked all my life serving people, and if people pay their money they deserve to have good treatment and consideration if they buy a product in poor condition, they have the rights to claim. I am very disappointed with SPOD, how a company can raise its score if the client is not treated fairly.
Sad to say am very disappointed in their lack of communication & production. Three orders placed, for 3 weeks says awaiting production & sent multiple emails with no response and called with very rude worker comments. I have not received the orders for my customers & they still have not refunded me for these orders either.
They claim to be in Las Vegas with the printing capability to provide custom printed products when clearly, they don't have the means to keep up with demand.
These orders I had to refund the orders personally through my personal back up funds. If they don't refund these orders filing complaints with the Police and BBB as this is fraud and a felony charge as the orders were that much.
UP date: I called customer service again today, they claim orders they have but didn't charge me. This is a lie, have receipts downloaded, bank statement where they charged my debit card for the 3 orders. They steal your money! I have contacted BBB and the Police department in Nevada and sent all my proof of them stealing my money. The sad part is, they are sample orders and claim more verification documents is needed to protect themselves from fraud. What about your customers small business owners, who put their trust in your service maybe we should ask for verification from each employee and your overall business to protect us from thieves that you are.
Money is too hard to come by for everyone! I hope Shopify and all other platforms ban your services so no one else falls victim to your stealing and lies.
You refund my money, then maybe I change my review but will never use your service again. Printify is a lot better and honest people, avoid SPOD.
Thank you for your feedback. For security purposes all accounts must be verified before orders can be produced. Additionally, as SPOD does not facilitate the payment from your customers, we are unable to refund customers on your behalf. When a customer places an order through your integration, then the customer is submitting their payment to you through your integration directly. You would receive your payment for the order from the integration you are using. Once the order is submitted to us, then we would collect payment from you for the order with the entered Payment Details in your SPOD app. However we would not produce orders until your account has completed verification. Orders that are unable to be produced would not be charged to your account.
Terrible customer service. Impossible to get a hold of over the phone and takes days to reply to emails. We understand there are delays but communication is key, would not recommend.

The prices are great but it has taken too long to complete orders and respond to my question via the support channel. My customers all said and I have seen with my own eyes the quality of the shirts. The design is too small and has the faded look and the shirts were wrinkled.

Thank you for giving us your honest feedback, we're so sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our services.
We did struggle with reduced capacities in our production facilities over the past weeks as well as a very high backlog of emails and calls in our customer service which is why we had to up the production and response times.
On June 24th we were finally able to reduce production times to 4 business days for ca. 50% of the orders and 6 business days for ca. 90% of them. Also, we now have more people helping out our colleagues in customer service and try to get back to all requests within a maximum of 4 business days.

I can see that your store is closed now, perhaps you would still consider sending us pictures of the orders that were not to your satisfaction to support@spod.com, so we can try and find our what went wrong and maybe still offer you a solution for compensation.
Called 20 times, wished to get a call back, wrote several emails. Just all that to get my sample order done. Its been a week now and its still " waiting for production".
They say "my account needs to be verified" although my email is verified, my credit card informations + my address is verified, even the products are listed in my shop!!!! What else do you guys need? Ive customers waiting, its almost Christmas time and the black week is coming.
Do you guys really wish to destroy businesses with your very very bad communication? Everyone who reads this and have the same problem, i wish you the very best and please dont spend your time and money here on SPOD.

Our customer support line (+1-724-832-6290) is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm EST, and we do our best to reply to emails within 24 hours. It is required to complete account verification prior to fulfilling orders, as this protects the platform from potentially fraudulent activity. We understand how waiting can be frustrating, however the account verification should be completed when you open your account, prior to placing orders - to help avoid keeping any orders on hold while the verification process is completed. I am honestly extremely disappointed.
1. Two of the designs were printed on the WRONG side. On two of my sample order products, the designs were printed on the BACK instead of the front.
2. There is no consistency in terms of quality. Designs printed on WHITE use ink while those on PINK and GRAY are more print-like. Is there any guidelines as to what to expect for each one?
3. The quality of the products is extremely disappointing. The red ink has yellow-like stains around it. And the white products are see-through.

I have ordered several samples from SPOD and they are not consistent. The prints are not satisfactory to sell. Some items appear as though they are being cheap with their ink. They look as though they have already been washed and dried. I received items where the ink ran to other colors. I even received a shirt that was dirty around the collar. This is disheartening because I love the quality of their shirts and hoodies. However the print quality is not acceptable to sell to consumers.

Print quality is trash. I ordered a shirt with a PINK graphic and received a shirt with a faded white graphic instead.
Edit: I've already contacted support with pictures and have yet to receive a response.

It's crucial to us to have this kind of feedback with pictures so we can improve our service, otherwise we cannot do this. We see that you have another order with us that is still being produced, we hope this one will meet your expectations.

It’s such a shame that this app is so terrible, because their prices are great. Every time I try to contact customer service either they dont reply or when they do, they reply with nonsense that has nothing to do with my issue. 24-48 hrs production time? I placed an order 7 days ago and another 3 days ago and NOTHING. I wouldnt trust them with my businesse’s reputation.

Success Manager at SPOD
When I started with Print on Demand I was using Printful for my Shopify store, however, I quickly realized that their prices were not competitive.
I switched to SPOD (Shopify print on demand) the prices were much better, however
after uploading 40 items I then tried to push them to Etsy. The SPOD images do not sync with Etsy and if you try to pin to pinterest the images are too small (Pinterest actually banned me because of this)
also the quantities do not sync with Etsy either. I would have to go thru the process of doing all new mockups and changing the inventory count which is lot of time wasted. I now use Printify which syncs to Etsy easily. Hope this helps anyone who is looking into a Print on demand business.
