Hello. Your App is great. But. Where doeas the customer can custimze the produkt?
i choosed that the customer can customize the design by himself. but as i wanted to check, i did not found any option to customize the produkt.

Starting to use more and more. At this point it's not quite up to par in terms of the generator as it doesn't allow you to have same design in different color for one shirt so you have to do double of everything. It also, on some products, has a very small design area which is much smaller than same products elsewhere. That said, their inventory is growing, their quality is very good, and once they get to the next level they maybe my primary provider.
This company will rip you off. We tried it, set up the store & ordered samples for the t-shirts we needed.
A week passes and I check the tracking number which shows delivered. No package got delivered. I contact them and they say I need to contact the shipping courier. Huge headache, but I did, and they said they will perform an investigation after I reported a lost package. They did and according to them, the package got delivered as it was supposed to per their data. IT NEVER DID. I contacted SPOD again for a refund or to reship the products and they say that I'm lying and the case is closed. They literally stole money from us. Now switched to Printful and they delivered the sample T-shirts within a couple days. That's the company we'll go with. Save your money on Spod.

I have been using this app for just one day, and I'm so please with it. It's easy to use and understand. I can fill my online store with lots of quality products and not have to pay a lot of money up front. I pay when my products sell. AND, I don't have to worry about packing and shipping. SPOD does it all for me! I have sent for a sample, and I can't wait to receive it.

Hugely disappointing! Awful print times, '48 hours?' as advertised, hah! More like 48 days if you're lucky. Terrible customer service. Just a shocking app, don't waste your time folks.
Thank you for your feedback. For security purposes all accounts must be verified before orders can be produced. Once your account has been verified orders would move into production and continue as normal within the 24-48 hour production time.
This is an amazing way to add quality merchandise to my store. I like that they offer organic products, but I hate that they make me continuously write this review until I hit 100 char actors. That's weak.
