Springbot

Worth every penny! Our sales increased a 30% in the first month! The on boarding process was very simple and required minimal work on our end. Our email and Facebook campaign consultants took us to the next level. My only regret is that I hesitated for 4 months before finally pulling the trigger on Springbot.

I can't say enough good things about Nick Hardy and his onboarding help. Springbot is lucky to have him. I found the interface intuitive. I've used a lot of mail providers and Springbot was the easiest for me. I did eventually move to an agency because I need to run my business and not worry about sending emails.

We're off to an awesome start with Springbot. We saw an immediate increase in traffic and orders once we were up and running with them.

The onboarding team is awesome. Weekly calls were set up to walk us through setting up triggered emails, prepping ads for Adroll and how to monitor campaigns. They also show you all you can do with Springbot, including building smart email campaigns using audience segmentation.

We're also using Springbot to manage our Facebook ads, which has also been very solid in terms of success. More importantly, they were on us early to get images and content ready for the holiday season.

Once we were confident in using Springbot's tools, we were put in the hands of a team member who helps us set goals and works with us to hit them.

If you have a small team and keep putting off building your email list and setting up triggered email campaigns to profit from that list, Springbot is well worth it. As I mentioned earlier, their team is great. They'll motivate you to get things done and they have the knowledge to help drive sales.

Love using this platform especially when integrated with Springbot. Binging us the most up to date, detailed look at our customers' behavior. The team is very responsive and do all they can to understand your brand from being remote. Holding the brand accountable on all deliverables yet keeping it professional the Springbot team creates and pushed the boundaries of efficiency.

We've been using Springbot since the summer and we've had nothing but fantastic results! Our sales have skyrocketed with their automated emails and the reports they provide are very helpful in knowing which of our products to promote and which ones to put on sale. They do a good job of getting you set up and on your way, but Springbot will only be successful for you if YOU make it successful. The tools are there, but you have to be willing to put in the effort to make it work and when you do, the sales will start rolling in!

Springbot has been amazing. I have worked with with Ala to bring my Facebook advertising inline since this is something that I really did not feel comfortable with and she has made me feel like I am in superb hands. Every week I have also had a call with Malikah to ensure that I understood each and every part of what Springbot had to offer me. WOW. Their email platform is so easy!, Their social hub is amazing they way that you can schedule your post in advance, and the analytics are incredible. But their personalization for your business is what has really amazed me. I feel I have a true partner in my ecommerce business and I'm not just out here alone. I love Springbot! I know I can call them, yes call them, and speak to a real person if I have a question or need help. I feel like I'm in good hands!

Springbot is an incredibly user friendly platform with lots of very helpful features. The analytics are comprehensive and easy to read. Designing and creating email campaigns for my brand has become so much easier and efficient since I started working with Springbot.

Amazing customer service. Darby Quillin went above and beyond helping to set up my company profile and to familiarize me with the software. She was always quick to respond to all my emails. I recommend going with SpringBot at least to give them a shot:)

We've used this app for about 10 months now - I cannot recommend it if you have half an understanding of how to do these things yourself.

Originally promised a "partner" in marketing and that they would do the heavy lifting and let me focus on the products and technical part. They were originally enthusiastic - until they weren't. FB marketing contact quit and it took 4 MONTHS to get them doing anything. And only with threats of pulling my account.

We're back to not contact in over 2.5 months, and simply phoning in bullshit ads that aren't having an ROI. They CLAIM ROI, but it's sales I enter manually. Better off using the money and doing your own Ad-spend and controlling your image.

We are in the middle of cancelling our contract right now. Do not waste your money if you are capable of doing this on your own or have a specialized product/field.

So far, so great. I found Springbot when I was looking for a cheaper option for my Infusionsoft subscription. What I found was I didn't need cheaper, I needed more dynamic. Springbot has delivered. I'm using the analytic in conversations and business planning discussions like I haven't in the past. I'm engaging more with my customers and planning more effectively with my suppliers. Great investment I've made on a business system!
