We’ve been using Spur across multiple Shopify stores, and their support has been consistently helpful.
Recently, we faced an issue while preparing a WhatsApp broadcast for more than 5,000 contacts. Everything appeared to be configured correctly, but the broadcast kept failing with an unknown error. Khizar and the Spur technical team investigated the issue and identified the exact cause: our Limited Time Offer template was 607 characters, while Meta allows only 600 characters for LTO templates.
What impressed me most was that they also acknowledged that Spur’s template screen was incorrectly showing a 1,024-character limit and immediately started fixing it.
After shortening the template, getting it approved, and testing again, the broadcast worked successfully.
Thanks to Khizar and the technical team for taking ownership of the issue, investigating it properly, and getting us up and running. Great support and highly appreciated!
