I think this is a great app, but it still has some work that needs to be done. The Product Syncing feature is a great feature, besides the fact that it automatically publishes new items created in Square and publishes them to your website automatically. I thought this feature would just automatically update my current items to match my Square catalog which is great, but publishing new items without my consent is not a great feature in my opinion. There is no way to choose which items you want to sync, it just syncs everything. The customer support is very good so I appreciate that and they have been available and helpful to walk me through every step, but I do feel that until that bulk sync is fixed, this is a 3-star product. I look forward to them working to improve this product.
Be aware, this app will not populate Square with your products from Shopify unless you upgrade to the $29 plan.
Thea and Joseph are both super attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately this application does not sync unit costs or vendors and therefore it is not helpful for my business as we need this information to be part of the syncing process. If the developers change the system to allow syncing of costs and vendors I would 100% sign back up.
